I bagged a load of brilliant restaurants and experiences last week: Space 220, Be Our Guest, Ohana, Sci-Fi Diner, Oga’s, Steakhouse 71, Rainforest Cafe & Droid Depot and Savi’s Workshop!!! I’d already booked us Cowfish (partly based on your recommendation s as well as The Pugh Two) and Toothsome at Universal. I’d like to have breakfast at Sleepy Hollow and Leaky Cauldron and either Mythos, Antojitos or Mama Dellas/Bice? We have HHN tickets too! (Not sure about MNSS). Soooooooooooo excited!!
So excited you guys are going back! Me and my boyfriend’s first ever trip is in 30 days and was 100% inspired by your last vlog series with Benji 🥰 so excited to finally experience it as I’ve done both California and Paris but never Orlando, which seems to be in a league of its own! My birthday is Dec 23 and Christmas is my favorite time of the year. My family surprised me with a Christmas Disney trip for my 60th birthday, even staying at the Grand Floridian! It was one of my most memorable birthdays and trips! You and Benji will love it- from the party to the different resort & park decorations, to themed desserts to SNOW on Main St!! Christmas is such a gorgeous time in the parks. The decorations are stunning. Plan to spend loads of time in Epcot at holidays around the world as the little shows are great in the countries. As are the festive food booths. Oh and candlelight processional - if it’s back on, is absolutely stunning. It gets really busy so plan to get there early for that in the evenings.
MVMCP is super cute, the character costumes and the parade are the best!

When booking places to eat do you have to put a deposit dwn now? Confused as people have always used the dining plan. Also please could you do a vlog on air miles where u can gain them from and use ect. Cant wait for the vlogs 😍😍😍 xx

So excited that you’re staying at pop century! I went on my first Walt Disney holiday in august and stayed at pop century and absolutely loved it!

Top things I recommend for your upcoming trip (or anyone really!) :
- Holiday cookie stroll at EPCOT during the Festival of the Holidays. Cookies are pretty cheap and you get a completer cookie at the end! Most of them were DELICIOUS!
- Spend an evening at the Poly! We put our name on the list for Trader Sam's, then we grabbed dinner at their quick service (Captain Cooks, so yummy), ate on the beach and watched the fireworks from there (they pump out the music on the beach). We were called back to Trader Sam's just as the fireworks finished and had such a good time at that bar!
- Dinner at Sebastian's Bistro a Caribbean Beach is delicious and an easy Skyliner ride from Pop!
I know you won't be sharing your actual spreadsheet before your trip for safety reasons (totally understandable), but maybe you could do a video AFTER your trip where you share the spreadsheet and tell us what you did do and also how your plans changed while you were there ? I love a good trip recap!
So glad you've finally booked to go back to WDW in December! You know you'll have a fab time - forget the cost - it's only Christmas once a year! Just see it as your Christmas presents to yourselves. I saw Cirque 'Drawn to Life' and it's an amazing show - you'll love it! Can't wait to watch the blogs when they eventually come out! xx

We came back from Disney almost a month ago and we did the Boma restaurant at Animal Kingdom Lodge and we absolutely loved it. The setting is beautiful and the food is amazing! We also went to Ohana for dinner and it’s good, definitely book a time when the magic kingdom fireworks are on! So excited for your Disney videos! 💫🏰
This has really help me I'm going to disney in July 2023 doing my 1st solo trip so looking at all the planning side of the holiday
I loved that. Christmas will be extra magical. We did Pop in April. It is so good for the Skyliner. We found that getting the dining we wanted was the thing to book first and then to book your park reservations.
I loooove this 🙌🏼 I’m in the same boat as you, planning a wedding and a WDW trip. We’re having a Christmas themed wedding December 2023, then our first WDW trip October 2024. We’ve done Disneyland California before but haven’t been able to attempt Florida yet, just ordered Adam Hattan’s books but love your breakdown too! We’re from Australia rather than the UK and I know a lot of Australians use Attraction Tickets Direct but trying to figure it out 😬 keep these coming they’re great !

So exciting!! You’re both going to LOVE Pop! I’ve stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter, Caribbean beach, Coronado springs and now pop and I think I’d struggle to justify any other hotel now. Absolutely fell in love with Pop century 🥹❤️
Ohana dinner is a must - time it for about an hour before the fireworks and when you’re there request a magic kingdom view table! And Homecomin’ is amazing - could be a good rest day lunch/dinner in Disney Springs x

I do a spreadsheet too. I’d defo reign in the shopping and eat more quick serve meals to have more time at universal (if it’s money and do 14 days) that will be a long tiring day just doing one day! Excited for the vlogs, Christmas at Disney looks stunning!
How exciting! I love doing Disney at Christmastime! 13 days for me - it’s a combined WDW and DCL trip.
Going at Christmas is super magical. I loved it more than anything else I have ever done. We are DVC owners now. My main advice for Christmas is visiting the resorts that go all out for Christmas. Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge and Beach Club are an absolute must!!!

We went in may/June during flower and garden this year and agree about the weather. We wanna do like a jan/Feb chilled trip next time haha.
When it comes to dining. I created a seperate spreadsheet just for that (and it was still pretty stressful on the day of booking 🙈)
But I basically did about 4x different timings and dates per restaurants based on our park passes and ensuring no crossovers with a character breakfast and an evening meal. Trying to stick to no more than 1 reservation per day. But yeah i really pre planned that out way in advance so I was ready. I also did a mock run using MDE on desktop to get used to it. I also opened each restaurant in a new tab, and even though I added my credit cards disney somehow hadn't saved them so I had my card ready and still managed a cinderella breakfast - I still think it's worth the breakfast to eat in Castle but one and done experience.
But also don't be afraid to book 2 in 1 day if that's all they offer as I managed to change a few around like Sanaa at AK Lodge I could amend.
I 1000% recommend steakhouse 71 at the contemporary - was our best meal on property. We also had a fab time at Teppan edo (if benji never been he could try the beer flight if he feels up to drinking then, its good) also ale and compass at yacht club was lovely (felt quite English homely haha and chilled - we managed a reservation night before)
Also loved character breakfast at Toppolino terrace!
We got genie+ everyday when we still had uk deal. I don't think I'd pay €15 each day for it. But definitely great in MK and probably HS especially if you like the big rollercoasters. But wouldn't need it everyday but if you have the budget it does make your day less stressful and so much less queuing.
We LL for rise, and mine train. I think that's worth it at least once!
So jealous you are seeing cirque de soleil. It'll be incredible. We probably should have just done it but so many costs to consider and a reason for us to go back one day! Haha.
So excited for you. No wdw trips planned at all for us until our little boy is alot older, so living through vlogs 😃 my tip for when we went at Christmas is that it is still warm in the daytime, but it definitely cools off on an evening so I always packed a pair of natural tights in my bag that I could pop on to keep my legs warm without a full outfit change! X

Oh delighted your getting to go. It’s a magical time. Although the crowds make it harder I would focus on restaurants, different firework locations etc like the poly beach!! I met Santa in CBR Christmas Eve.. I just loved it although many years ago. We booked a character brekkie for Christmas Day it was a lovely way to start the day. I'm visiting Orlando in November to get married and we're going to MVMCP for the first time on night of our wedding!! So excited!! We're also trying out the sunshine flyer following Disney in Detail's great review. So many vlogs on Mears so its good to see another option being explored so others have more choices 😊
Hi Brogan! Thanks for another great video. My husband and I are heading back to Disney in March of 2023, staying at The Boardwalk. Mainly for the great location since we stayed at the Beach Club and loved walking to EPCOT and HS. We rented DVC points at both these hotels. Did you ever look into that option? Tip for your planning spreadsheet: visit MK on party nights (if you don't care about fireworks). It will be less busy during the day and wait times will be lower. We always create a Google spreadsheet too! Can't wait for more of your Disney content!
