One of the amazing things about this car that everyone forgot to mention that it has a 4 wheel steering system allowing ease of going around tight spots and great control on highway speeds
+Wail AlShamlan That option is only for the RWD cars
The interior of this car is gorgeous. Very elegant and classy. Thanks for posting.
My pleasure. Stay tuned for a 5 month update coming soon
I drove a 2013 gs350, they really handle corners well! Much better than older models
+kgisabeast Agreed. And the 2016 is much better too! Hopefully you can get behind the wheel of a 2016 model too
+Average Car Reviewer honestly I like the front end of the 2013-2015 better, I feel like the new front end on the new 16 GS and ES looks kind of weird
Great review, I got the 2016 FSport in White with the Burgundy interior. A lot of car for the money!
Agreed! Congratulations on your purchase
I bought a 2016 GS350 F-Sport (ultra white exterior, rioja red interior) six months ago with 41k miles for $28k (original MSRP $58k). Absolutely amazing car overall! Replaced a IS200t F-Sport that I drove for a little under two years & is a massive improvement! Gonna keep it for a good while!
Congratulations! Indeed a great car and definitely a little bit more of a different feel than the Turbo 4 Cylinder in the IS200!
Just got this car with the triple led option, they make the car more aggressive espically at night. Got the Sonic titanium colour and I absolutely love it. too bad lexus enform is not available in my country. Being an owner of the previous generation gs I can tell that they made this car completely different, it's really a more "fun-to-drive" now. will be posting clips of acceleration soon after I'm done with breaking-in the engine. Thanks for posting your review it really helped me make the right decision.
+Mo Al Thank you for viewing my video! Congratulations on the purchase as well. I'll be looking forward to see videos on your channel
Its video like these that makes me feel if its not the F-Sport version don't even bother....Good video its definitely one of my top 3 choices as I'm shopping for a new car end of the year.
The F-Sport version definitely gives it more of a presence with the two tone rims and blacked out spindle grille
NICE REVIEW planning on purchasing a 2015 gs 350..but after seeing your review..I"ve decided to get a 2016..I like that liquid platinum..stands out...enjoy your ride
You as well! I’m glad I was able to influence you into the 2016. It’s a great upgrade from the 15 model year. Enjoy it in good health
Nice review. I wish Lexus offered wood trim on the F Sport models.
congrats on buying this work of art! she's gonna serve you well :)
Great video. You’re very detailed. Thanks for showing the different functions on the seats. Lol. And thanks for not having music. Lol.
The mirrors folding and unfolding with the locks make it that much better
GS does not use ANY artificial sound. That is pure intake noise being mechanically piped into the car. No electronic speaker interference
I have that exact car in white I love my Lexus it's always the greatest experience when you're driving it I'm just experienced driving it more in sport and sport Plus I'm mostly driving in Eco or normal it's a whole new experience I've had this car going on 3 years today May 28th it was a birthday present I bought for myself love this car 🙏👍💪🎂😁
first thank u for the video,
& I like the car so much performance & luxury & look
& like ur video details.
+Sarmad Mazin My pleasure. In addition, I agree... It is an amazing automobile
Would love to have this car
Cool car. Loved it at Mpls car show. Bark! Bark!
It's pronounced "Nah Gu Ree". Great car, I just got a 2019 IS350 AWD F-Sport, nothing beats Lexus build quality! I love knowing that mine was made at the Tahara plant in Japan with the utmost quality and care.
Fantastic review! looking to purchase this car for my wife soon. my only advise to you when doing a video is always be aware of location/direction of the sun so the glare does not ruin your video quality. Great job otherwise
amazing video man keep it up
Great video. This is definitely my next car either ‘16 or ‘17 GS350 AWD F-Sport. I currently ‘07 GS350 AWD.
Great review! Hopefully you will do updates on this car!!! =)
+tc27758 Updates will definitely be posted
I love this car! I had a 2013 Nebula with burgundy interior.
+Lexus Cohen The GS has always been a fantastic car. I also love the Nebula Gray Pearl color as well
Great video but the dog in the background got on my nerves 😂
Give the dog a bone!
This video made me love the car, i think i would buy one. It has same options as a bmw 535i which i wanted to buy
Are the heated and cooled seat an options or it comes at default
Love the sound when you scroll in the menu
Heated and cooled seats are standard on all the models of the GS except for the base model GS350 and the GS Turbo. The car is fantastic. Head to your nearest Lexus dealership and give her a test drive! It is a very different experience from a BMW 5 series for sure.
Great review. Thanks!
Absolutely beautiful car
After a while, people will start to sell parts for the GSF. Then you could purchase the OEM triple beam head lights. I'm almost positive they will fit because it's basically the same car.
I think the GS350 will eventually come with the option of the triple beam he's light in the future like most vehicles
I just got the 2018 GS F SPORT. Well built car and enjoyable. Long live the Gs The new 2019 Es is beautiful but a boring FWD CAR.
My next car in a year!!!
+iishyxvietxboyii1 Congratulations! Hope you have tons of fun with this car. It is an incredible car
Good review!
+John Green Thank you!
I noticed that the GS in Canada has the same headlights as Japan. Only the GS-F in the US has different lights.
+p7272 Hopefully they will become an option in the US as well
+Average Car Reviewer Thanks for the video and reply.
thanks for the video ..i'm wondered about the steering wheel..are the silver trims on the steering wheel real aluminum as the doors or some other material ? ..overall i like this car definitely !
thx
You did a nice job
Thank you!
Is it safe to say if your not into driving fast and your just a normal daily driver. You don't necessarily need the F Sport package???
A personal opinion, when u reviewing a car, it's not about what introducing the car, it's about what u feel about car. I suggest that u might share ur drive experience with particular car and add more ur personal opinion about car. Nice work done btw! Good luck!
keep record videos to this car & drive 😘
+Sarmad Mazin Will do, and I'm working on a driving clip right now :) Subscribe so you get notified when it is posted. A lot more is to come!
+Average Car Reviewer I already do
+Average Car Reviewer can I get ur facebook
I do not have a facebook at the moment. I will let you know when I make one
Should I get this or BMW 535i M sport? Need help can’t decide. Is it also worth the 5-8k to go from the 15 to a 16?
The 535 will undoubtedly have better handling than the GS. In terms of power, it is personal preference. Some like the instant throttle response of the naturally aspirated GS while some like the turbocharged in-line 6 of the 535. The 535 definitely blends in while the GS F-Sport does stand out in the crowd from what I have seen. If you do decide to go with the GS, I think the upgrade to the 16 is definitely worth it. You get the full digital gauge cluster as well as the exterior restyling and the interior finish is a little bit more solid. I would test drive both the 535 and the GS to see which you would prefer. Best of luck
I'm 28 never had a car before I would do anything to get a car like this :(
Did you get a car yet? Lol asking in 2020
It’s about 25k any average person can get it. Get it used but make sure you bring a mechanic to check how the car is doing fine 👍
Hi,
I’m in the market for one of these cars.
How is this 2016 model year compared to the 2015 F sport, in terms of driving & handling?
Please, Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Between the 2016 and 2015 models, you won't find a night and day difference between how they drive. After all, the 2016+ models are just a facelift and not a redesign. That being said, there have been a few tweaks to the engine and it makes a couple more horsepower and torque, and from what I've heard, it seems to be a little bit more responsive. Suspension is going to be adaptive on both the 2015 and 2016+ models. There may be minor tweaks to dampening and spring rates, but from what I know, it is relatively similar. The only major differences you are going to find are with the exterior styling (front bumper, headlights, tail lights, etc.) and the interior (mainly the digital gauge cluster). Hope this helps!
Good in depth review , but how is this an "all new model ?" Its just a facelift model of the 2013 gs
+tenti1524 Not exactly. It has a higher power output, new interior elements, as well as the new body style. It is similar to how BMW is calling the new G30 5 series the all new 5 series. It is not a completely redone car, but there are many other big changes to the car as well. A lot of parts from the LFA are in the car like the digital gauge cluster. Thank you for the feedback!
How harsh is the suspension on the F-Sports? I have a WRX at the moment and I think I'm developing back problems because of how stiff the suspension is lol
The suspension is actually softer than you might imagine it to be considering it is an F-Sport model. However, it is still stiff enough to hold the car planted onto the ground. Far more comfortable than a WRX or BRZ
Good review, but for future reference you should also scan over the inside door panels & armrest areas when opening the door.
Which one is a better car dis or a 2016 q50 sport Infiniti????
Damn just bought a 2015 wish I would have bought a 2016 for just the digital dash and the grill alone
It was a great facelifted design from the 15 model
adam mwangala Never to late to trade in. I’m torn between the 15 model or newer grill also...
Is this a big upgrade over my 2015 Toyota Avalon that I got new last year??? Always had my eyes on these
Absolutely. That is if you are looking for a more sporty, quick, responsive car. The rear seat room is just a hair smaller than the Avalon, but the power is definitely a big step up. I actually traded an ES350 which is the same chassis. Definitely a big step up
+Average Car Reviewer oh ok I'll take another look at the dealer for sure thanks for clearing that up
are the folding mirrors standard on all GS models? or just the 350 f sport?
+almightynanthol I do remember seeing the Auto folding mirrors on the GS350 as well. I am almost positive that power folding mirrors come standard on all GS models
Is this yours?
Do you know if you can get the normal GS with the triple LED lights?
+yass123 Yes, I just purchased this GS last week. At the dealership, I asked if it was possible to get the Triple Beam LED Headlights and they said it wasn't possible at the time. It may be available in other areas, but in New Jersey, it is not. It is only available on the GSF model as of right now.
+Lexus GS Congratulations, she's gorgeous. Yeah, too bad the LED headlights isn't available on the normal GS. Weird since other lesser Lexus models have them.
Please keep us updated as am also interested in getting one.
+yass123 I think that since it is still a really new model, they don't have the Triple Headlights yet, but it is most likely going to come in the future. I will definitely keep you updated on the car. Make sure you subscribe for more content on the GS and for other future cars to come. Might even be able to get a Lamborghini on the channel soon!
+Average Car Reviewer happy to report I got mine, white with flaxen interior.
I just couldn't find the triple LED's. Lexus of Manhattan says they can order it, but it will take 3 months to get. I also wanted HUD and Mark Levinson audio. The Canadians get all these options from the videos I've seen on UA-cam.
It seems that these first GS' are missing the cold weather package, which includes the headlight washers button above the heated steering wheel button. I also can't believe they won't give us power trunk closer at this price range.
Eco/normal mode is lazy. I always keep it in Sport or Sport +. Otherwise, it drives beautifully in NYC.
Lexus Enform is outdated imo. The mouse like controller is too sensitive, even at its lowest feedback settings.
I'm hoping they overhaul it with the new LS.
+yass123 Congratulations on your purchase! I was looking at the White with Flaxen interior as well at Manhattan. I agree that the Enform system is a little outdated and they need to work on that. Other than that, it is an amazing car and I hope you have a ton of fun!
Did you get the mark levinson system?
+DeanMartinSoldier1 No Mark Levinson Sound System in this GS, but the stock audio system is great!
How did you hide the odo ? Canyou pls tell me how to hide the odometer?
+phu nguyen of course! there is a small button to the left of the steering wheel underneath the dashboard. it is labeled odo trip. you can cycle through miles till maintenance, trip a, trip b, odometer, or nothing there
How is the sound system
Is this the F-Sport model?
Yes it is
im gonna fet this. should i wait for the 2017 model though or will i grt a better deal with a 2016 model?
In my opinion, I think the 2017 model will be quite similar to the 2016 model considering the 2016 model was a whole redesigned car. Most likely, the design will stay the same and so will the interior. The instrument clusters, navigation system, or other internal technologies like that may change
FullThrottleMedia 2016-2018 is a refreshed of 2013-2015 not redesigned.
Give the dog a bone!
How do a is it holding up?
Holding up great! No issues so far. Only a water pump that was still covered under warranty. Other than that, regular maintenance and a little love and shes running great. About 70,000 miles in and still running strong. Just gave her a polish and ceramic seal before winter hits
does this 350 f have a soft suspension?
It is a nice in between of soft and stiff. It is soft enough to daily drive. After all, it is a Lexus. However, it does not have much body roll through the corners and handles very well
sik video man
Why are the wheels so small?
+Kirk Luton In person, they are the perfect size. Not too big and not too small
Good job. Next time tell the dog to shut up or feed it. Lol
Neighbors dog. Had no control unfortunately
FullThrottleMedia I see. What’s your take on the triple beam LED headlights.
Love them. I think they’re beautiful and add a unique touch to the GS. Definitely adds some presence on the road
FullThrottleMedia For sure. And if you’ve purchased a 2016, you can buy the headlights and slap them on and people will think it’s a 2017, 2018 or a 2019. Would you buy the triple beam LED headlights.
I’ve checked some of the prices for them and they are quite pricey. Waiting for the market to lower a bjt
Are the windows tinted?
No this car is 100% stock! Normal tint.
Nice, car looks amazing.
this car is sex
+Hamann Agreed. It is quite a nice car.
+Average Car Reviewer I just ordered my in Canada... got the triple beam LEDs... my is nebular grey with the red seats....
+cheekz love the red interior
this car is Mc Donalds
Do a 0 to 60 pull
+jose gomez Unfortunately, there are no roads that would allow me to do a 0-60 pull safely in my neighborhood. However, the 2015 model and 2016 model has about the same 0-60 time so there are many videos on UA-cam that show an approximate 5.8 time.
Good video, next time do something with the damn dog... it ruined most of the vid.
Nice car but your dog is F'n annoying as hell!!
Its my neighbors! Haha
Nice for a Toyota Get a real car and buy a Mercedes AMG
+Lance William Although I love Mercedes AMG, I was looking for something more reliable and something I can drive for a while. But the new E63 S AMG is quite a beast!
