my personal ranking:
1. DAHLIA
2. HWAA
3. LOST
4. MOON
5. HANN (alone in winter)
6. Where is love
In my opinion this is their best album so far. The songs are amazing, and the "theme" of the album is pretty cool. I also like the mv a lot. I gotta agree with you when it comes to the choreo, it looks kinda weird.
The songs:
#6- Where Is Love (7.5/10)
I like it but this one is by far my least favorite, I just like the others more)
#5- Lost (8.5/10)
I like this one and Moon equally, but since I like Moon's chorus more I'm ranking it higher.
#4- Moon (8.5/10)
#3- Dahlia (9/10)
I also thought this was going to be my favorite one. It didn't dissapoint me at all.
#2- Hwaa (9.5/10)
I really like it. Only complain I have is that it ends too soon, like it should have had another instrumental part after Soojin's line. But I still loved the song inmediatly after the fiest listen.
#1- Hann (Alone In The Winter) (10/10)
I never expected to like an intro song this much, but It's just increadible. The more I listen to it the more I like it.

DAHLIA
HI DANA
Hi juliaaaa
HEY BABE X
I love the whole I Burn EXCEPT for Hwaa.
Shuha is mismanaged, and ummm after almost 3 years of being in a Korean group and being the outspoken queen she is y'all still believe that she doesn't want to have any lines because she is insecure? It's delusional if you ask me. If she sang the 2nd half of Soyeon's first verse, it would even sound better in my opinion, as I find her voice more suitable for this kind of elegant opening.
Then, another complain about it: I have a very, very similar opinion about hwaa as I have about oh my god: it's too safe, goddamit! Idle was once praised for their constant visual and sound changes, while staying true to rather dark and mysterious elements. But with both oh my god and hwaa, I don't get the breath of fresh air that I felt with their other songs. I feel calculations, trying to choose the song that's the least experimental and fun (in meaning that you can "play" with it, a song doesn't need to be bright and colorful do be fun), but that they know will sell well. I would much prefer for Where is Love or Lost to be the a-track.
Another thing, I just do not vibe with it. 1st verse, I'm sorry, but shouldn't be sung by Soyeon. Her voice is way too strong for that opening - if it was up to me, I would give it to Soojin or Shuhua. They have elegant, diligent voices that would set the mood perfectly. Then, the song is just so boring and predictable, they failed to suprise me even once. And then the rap comes in. I love Soyeon's raps, she is one of the most iconic and skilled rappers in the industry, but this rap ruined the flow of the song completely. It felt so out of place.
And lastly, a small complaint: music video is very pretty and stuff, but please can we get more group shots? There are almost none. I saw Shuhua maybe like three times? It's just my preference, but more group shots pretty please.
Outside of that, this album snaps. My favorite b-side is I think Where is Love, but I am not sure yet, we'll have to see how they age.
edit: beautiful people, please stop trying to fight me on Shuhua's lack of lines. you will not convince me.
I agree on that it is safe, although I do also think that's why I still prefer their 2019 releases, I don't mind it for this one. Oh My God wasn't even necessarily safe it was bland to me. Hwaa has a lot more dimension to it
as for the line distribution imma 🤫
@@danamaybee oh my god was a washed out version of lion, they clearly tried to repeat the success of that song. And I expected so much from them after lion, so I was not only hating the song but also disappointed? Dunno, it is one of my least favorites of 2020.
And btw i don’t see what you mean by soyeon doesn’t dit the first vers it goes with her well and it looks to me that you doesn’t know that hwa is actually connected to Han soyeon said we should listen to Han, hann and haw (in this order)
And for the first thing I guess we all have different opinions because OMG is really different from their other songs so yeah (lion is not a title track soyeon only wrote it for queendom OMG was written before OMG or something so)
Watch the lives stage you will see shushu more
