Yeah that one line about doing what you want for the rest of the day because the hardest part is behind you is so true! The whole day feels like a reward after a winter morning run !
I'm 100 % task oriented personality. Running is my habit. Don't care much bout weather. 5 *F or 95 don't make a difference. Task is exec the same. Never consider.
Personally, I always get fired up by videos like yours, but lately my biggest driver has been appreciating just being able to move and run. I always tell myself that 5 months ago, when I was injured and could barely walk, I would literally have paid anything to run, so if I’m not doing it now, I’m letting my past and future self down. Once again, thanks for all the awesome content you provide 😊👏
Definitely a good message. Yesterday I had to convince myself to keep going during my run, was happy I finished what I set out to do. Today, went back out and felt even stronger than I did yesterday, motivation will always fail at some point, showing up for yourself and being consistent is always the way to look at things!
@@suhasinimadhuryachennubhot9342 totally get it. Maybe just really focus on stretching and warming up to keep the joints warmer and also strength train too! Quads, hamstrings, calves can all help protect the joint

For me its not the motivation thats stopping me from running, its my knees! Theyre kinda weak and am scared running would ruin them more. :/
