@@ericUtr oh wow what a jealous comment to make I think Paul like most Irish actors particularly men anyway they have a bit of a nervous disposition on media things. It just seem natural for them to be doing it and they don’t really like it so I think it’s more nervous he’s actually incredibly articulate and well spoken if you watch other interviews of American chat shows.
So, every Paul Mescal show and or movie makes me ugly cry. I am hoping this Gladiator won’t make me ugly cry. This man is so talented. Just love him in EVERYTHING he has been a part.
Dear Paul. Great interview. Funny, genteel, authentic, no stuttering. Please tell us more about your WOE while getting so fit. There had to be some beef and real butter involved... Not just chickens...little carnivores that they are 🤣
His jacket is kind of fun. It’s nice to see a man come on and have some thing in a little more unusual and sparkly. Men all too often wear clothes that are boring
Nah, as much as I'd personally love to see him in such an iconic role, it would likely stunt his promising career. Then again, maybe he could line up next time around!?
Paul was wonderful in this interview. But Stephen Colbert felt so tight and pressed throughout the entire thing that I felt uncomfortable. Is that just me over analyzing? Or was Colbert just stressing over the cursing?
He's incredibly likeable.
Because he, like, overuses the work "like", like, a lot? :)

Love Paul! He seems so down to earth and genuinely nice!

Such a natural character in interviews. Everyone loves to do a ‘hoosch’ now and again…. well in Ireland at least 😅💚
It's a technical term 👉🏻
It’s actually “Hoosh”….very Irish expression😉
Scott is a legend, and this chap is on the right path as well
Please be aware that In the UK and Ireland the "F" word is a noun, adjective, adverb, verb and indefinite article... 😉
😎
It is in the US as well
😂
😂It is here too mate!
And permissible on many TV shows...😉
he’s hypnotizing
Girl yezz...🥵
I like him just because he said “hooosh” lol
Hoosh!

But it's the pork and lamb that are hard to avoid in Ireland
I heard Paul say he told the personal trainer he had to incorporate his love of smoking and alcohol into the regimen…and he did! 🐑🐑🇳🇿🇳🇿NZ
The sparkly rose jacket is cool!! Its cool watching him get on the horse while its running.

His jacket is not “unusual and sparkly”….it’s only people in the U.S. think that
Bedazzling is making a comeback!
Wow, beautiful Blazer! Love it
Paul’s FIT❤️🔥❤
i'm obsessed
Paul is the best. Gladiator II is a masterpiece ⚔️🔥
I anticipate using the word hooosh as much as possible now. 😁
I enjoyed watching him talking through his fingers.
I hope Paul stays on a positive trajectory!
He won an Olivier award for that stage role. But he should let the stunt crews make their living.
Looking forward to Gladiator 9
Paul Mescal wins Best Actor for A Streetcar Named Desire - Olivier Awards 2023. Now it will be in NY
Are they still looking for the next James Bond? 38 years old, great acting background, action proven… just sayin’
28 years old
@MGGinSF You’re right. My bad. Even better!!!
Nah, as much as I'd personally love to see him in such an iconic role, it would likely stunt his promising career. Then again, maybe he could line up next time around!?
Dan Stevens should be the next Bond.
I think he’s too proudly Irish to agree to do Bond, although he’d be great for the part,
Come on now please don't disappoint us we need four more years of Our Cartoon President to get through this
Yeah, I'm sure he can afford to pay for 2 Bentleys now.
More on Paul Mescal's horse riding/hooshing 😆: ua-cam.com/video/8SE_J31BGms/v-deo.htmlsi=IicvqFk7m-JG7omr
paul loves movie
🤨 Oy. It's weird economics when people are staking wagers with _cars._
did he say i want to go to the baltics?
This interview was way too short. Hmph.
Nah nah nah we need another segment.
primus
That means get up on the horse 🐴 that's Irish people say huge I'm Irish so I know what it means
Hoosh!
Hooch
Hoosh

is he the Heir of the Mescalin fortune?! 🤔
There's only one TOM CRUISE ✋️
He looks like Jack Harlow.
I can see what you mean
His stylist should get fired. That jacket.. what a shame.
As far as I've seen, this is the stylist's first faux pas with Mescal. Let's hope it's not the start of a trend...
@@kylieb-p2515 I feel like he has many but it's his stlye, so there's that....
@@Uilani-g4m You could be right there but I enjoy watching his work all the same.
That jacket is fire….possibly everywhere except the U.S.?
