Great video Luis!! I didn’t realize finex made a griddle, that is gorgeous!! Congrats on a sharp looking well performing new griddle, and that burrito looks awesome too.
Appreciate the review. I’ve been looking for a dual burner griddle to use on the bridged element of my GE Cafe induction stove top. Finex and Staub seem to be the only ones with flat bottoms need for induction. EDIT: After making this comment I found and purchased a Chantel stainless griddle which works well on my induction cooktop.
@chanceallen7 unless I'm mistaken, rhe Lodge one is 'reversable' with ridges on the bottom. Which means you won't have good conductivity for the induction stoves.
I love the looks and quality of Finex and the fact they are made in my home state, but to me they are too heavy and too expensive. Plus I think the groove would be annoying to try and cook/season around. I don't mean to be negative, cuz I like your content and the burrito looks awesome, but how does this cook food any better than a Lodge griddle that costs a fraction of the price? With a little time and proper seasoning, Lodge develops a smooth cooking surface. Maybe if you have time, a comparison video to justify the expense to us common folk. haha.
Lodge does bot have a smooth cooking surface. It’s comparable to a pick up truck flatbed inliner. It is smooth after you sand it down and season it 4-5 times. A la, Cowboy Kent method.
That is nice looking. I've never had much luck with griddles that span two burners.

Lodge makes one that is 1/3 the price and Lodge owns Finex I’d say it’s a good deal.

@@Grief111 and they’ve even got one at Scheels for $79.
You seem to be acquiring cast iron at a much faster rate than you can even use it.

Sure thing I can do a comparison video. I do have a lodge griddle as well. Thanks so much for the comments and thoughts.

I agree there should be cheaper ones that function fine but Lodge griddles are not compatible with induction cooktops.
Awesome! !!!!!!!!
