    I've watched quite a few of your shows... I've enjoyed them all... but this one by far has been the most insightful for me... I really appreciate what you guys are doing.

    Thanks for sharing all the info and your time!
    I notice most people on the show got their deals in the PAST. Any most recent deals in California I am wondering?

    Fantastic! Agreed 100% about getting up early and starting early. It's all about the habits I'm constantly working on my habits. This was a fantastic share over all. Thank you!!

    16:15 about here they start talking about habits and Jay recommends a book about great habits and waking up earlier. One of the best podcasts was promoting The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod and it changed my life: 3:30 alarm every morning!

    I wish you would have asked him how he finds his deals. (maybe i missed it).
    Did he use an agent, mailers, etc.?
    Still a good interview

    • @knpstrr
      @knpstrr 7 років тому +1

      you're fired

    • @JayneTenn
      @JayneTenn 7 років тому

      knpstrr LoL but seriously, a loa can be a year long

    • @knpstrr
      @knpstrr 7 років тому

      yeah if you're in the military or have health problems. Take a year off to travel? You're fired.

    • @JayneTenn

      knpstrr I guess it depends on the country. In Canada one can ask for unpaid loa for up to a year & still have your job to return to.
      Rather your employer approves your request is another thing. So you're better off stating another reason other than travel, like school/upgrading skills or something.

      Yes, I guess if you want to commit fraud you can.
