Like he said, his competitive advantage was working for property management company. What a great place to start. To master anything it's good to be a
In an environment where you can learn a lot. You're fully immersed.

Somehow they always skip the step where they show you the documents that they use when placing the properties under contract and selling to the buyer. Everyone wants to mentor but nobody wants to teach or give you the tools. I don't want or need someone to hold my profits for me. I simply want someone to say... "This is the document that you place in the sellers mailbox to discover if the seller is interested in talking with you about placing the house under contract or here is the document that you use when assigning the house to the buyer and here are the examples of what the paperwork looks like and how they are structured. This is what you need to have a lawyer looking at". I would watch another video entirely to get that information!

+NoneofYabsnss The documents vary from state to state and whether it is commercial or residential real estate. However, if you want the general ideal. Videos are all over youtube. Just type in "completing offer to purchase". Otherwise, go to a Real Estate company and tell them you are interested in buying property but want to familiarize yourself with the paperwork first. Most would give it to you for free, they would probably be happy to go over all documents with you in general. Lastly, many times banks put on Free classes for first time purchasers to teach them how to buy/sell homes--in hopes that you use them for the mortgage.

1/2 of it is bull like wall street!!! I have 51 unites it work but it's lots of hours plus i use money from my busnisses to fix a lot of things. It all equals to 100 to 200 a door from there pay your privite investors. I do better because i use my own money. I will soon post a e-mail for questions. 5 minutes into it and you're still babbling on about useless stuff nobody wants to hear. Stop wasting everyone's time and get to it.
