I picked up a collection that had 40 comics laminated and then priced as a graded comic. Little did they know that the back of laminate is stick so it tore the back cover off every book I opened up.
Love it! I just couldn't bear to throw them out, or even ask someone to pay a quarter for them. And giving them away felt like just giving someone my garbage. Now I just need to get a larger die size for the button maker to make some larger ones.
I wonder what the average age is of someone who handles comic books in an antique mall....did they grow up in the same area, where ziplock bags were the only means of storage?
