      So happy it was helpful. Now you can benefit from it! The 3 pan wide version is quite a beast, they would need to step up the moving equipment since the hand winch has a surprisingly low maximum weight rating.     I bake in the same oven I wonder how to get an ear still didn’t figure it out

      Usually that's because you did too much steam and didn't open the vent at the first sign of browning. Could that be it?
