Hay alguna manera de poder conectar el HMI real al PLCSIM o simular la CPU y que sirva para conectarse al HMI real. Intento hacerlo, pero al simular la CPU me sale un dialogo mencionando que al simular se desactivan el resto de conexiones, incluidas la de ethernet y por tanto no puedo conectarme al HMI real.
I have not connected a real HMI to PLCSim. I think it is not possible to make a direct connection. Maybe an intermediate app like an OPC server can help you to create this connection. However, KepserverEx is software that can create an OPC server.
Dear experts I could not find any reference. for connecting ktp900 mobile with compact box I have a project with KTP900 MOBILE 6AV2 125-2JB03-0AX0 CPU 1215C AC/DC/Rly 6ES7 215-1BG40-0XB0 WinCC Professional Version V15.1 Update 8 There is no file in the hardware catalogue for the Compact HMI Connection Box (but there is for the Standard and Advanced boxes). Can I still use without E-Stop functionality with the "Compact" version? simply i want to use it [ Compact HMI Connection Box ] as Ethernet switch. between cpu and hmi only connection with ktp900 mobile with no fail safe is it possible to or not before ordering the box i never used connection box before please i need any reference confirming my request thanks to you all Zach

Note that you can not connect physical input addresses to equipment inside Factory I/O. I explained the necessary settings during the previous videos.
