    My cup volume = 200 ml
    🍝 Ingredients (3 servings):
    Crush a handful of black pepper in a mortar
    ✅ Roast the crushed peppers in the preheated pan for 1 minute
    ✅ Add pasta water
    250 g (8.8 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
    Cooked for 4 minutes (al dente)
    ✅ Add pasta to the pan
    ✅ Add pasta water
    1 zucchini, grated
    ✅ Pasta water
    70 g (2.4 oz) Pecorino Romano, grated
    ✅ Gradually add the grated Pecorino and mix
    ✅ Pasta water
    ✅ Mix well
    A handful of fresh basil
    ✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
    ✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!

    Ingredients
    250g spaghetti
    Cook al dente
    150 g (5.2 oz) bacon, sliced
    2 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
    Roast for 3-4 minutes and set aside
    3 egg yolks
    50 g (1.7) Pecorino Romano, grated
    50 g (1.7 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
    Pasta water
    Mix well
    Add bacon and garlic
    Mix well
    Add spaghetti
    Mix well
    ✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
    ✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
