Thanks Jon! I have a very deep love for the Island (my Mum and her family grew up in Wootton in the 1960s). So we try and go atleast once a year. Obviously I am a big fan of the railways there too.
Hi Rob, I couldn't make Peterborough this year so nice to see your take on it. You're right about Leeds No1, I was lucky enough to get one of the last ones made and it runs beautifully at a sedate pace. As a Leeds lad and Hunslet fan it was a must have for me and it gave the inspiration for the back story for my railway. May be one day Accucraft will dust off the drawings.......

Coming from an American, it's a fact that the UK has the most beautiful and majestic looking steam locomotives in the world. Though I like the ones in the US, so many of them are just so boring and dirty looking. Sorry not sorry.
