I’d love to see him in the top 10 one day, even though some don’t like his shape but I think it’d be great to vary; the Chris/urs shape, Ramon, ruff and Wesley. I also love Logan’s aesthetic.
I read that you shouldn't take ashwaganda around a workout because cortisol actually stimulates muscle growth to a certain extent. Obviously you don't want too much cortisol but you need the cortisol your body makes during a workout to help trigger the growth response. I read that if you need the stress reducing effect of ashwaganda you should take it away from your workout.

I don’t know man. You can totally tell Wesley lost a lot of size, which held him back in placing from losing too much muscle in the past. He looks considerably stripped down here, even though his conditioning is on point as it usually is.

My point was, it’s déjà vu where he’s lost too much size as he has in the past, and peaked too early before the show, which has affected his placings. This isn’t about ‘carbing up’, it’s about losing too much muscle mass in general.
