@@Jaadu391 , Modi revoked article 370. That itself is enough . All the PMs were avoiding that issue fearing backlash in India and international media. J&K is much safer place than it used to be before Modi and they have seen more development. I can go on and on about development, economy, Ayodhya Ram mandir but that article 370 revocation beats all.
I am a 20-year-old Keralite watching from the UK, and I cannot vote, unfortunately. Here is my list:
1. Modi (not an ardent Hindutva supporter, nor am I in favour of a Hindu Rashtra, but I support many of his foreign policies, especially in handling operations in bringing Indians back from countries in unrest, e.g. Ukraine, Sudan, Afghanistan. I am also in awe of his current initiatives in strengthening infrastructural projects like the Mumbai transharbour highway and the Vande Bharat Express, which were never initiated by the Congress)
2. Indira Gandhi (1971 war and ability to stand up to Pakistan and the West)
3. Narasimha Rao (Economic liberalisation and ability to win the tug of war with bankruptcy as well as his ability to foil terrorist elements, China and Pakistan)
4. Atal Vajpayee (His successful ability to handle the Kargil war, but he does not deserve my favour as he failed to thwart the Indian Airlines hijacking)
5. Nehru (He deserves praise for his economic policies as it has helped industries to grow by 7% between 1950-65 and his initiatives to bring AIIMS, IIT and IIM, but he could be viewed as weak in his failure to handle the Sino-Indian war and the loss of the would-be Aksai Chin)
6. Rajiv Gandhi (He must be credited for his emphasis on technology development as well as his tax and tariff reduction on electronic goods and initiatives to strengthen telephone networks, but he does not have the leadership skills as the above 5, in my opinion)
