It took almost a 3 weeks to germinate and with in 2 to 3 years it starts fruiting, I don't know about variety cause these were market bought jujubes

If you have fresh fruit you can use their seeds, fresh seeds germinate quickly

Outside not in the fridge. Keep them at normal room temperature
