Hey dude. Enjoyed your video. Just a little critique...
In my opinion a 1 minute intro video with elevator music seems excessive for a video that is only 4:53 long. Maybe cut that quite bit for the future. I still gave it a thumbs up to support new creators' algorithms!

Thanks for the video. I have friends in West Palm Beach that are renting and moving to Clermont. They are talking me into moving along with them but I OWN my home in West Palm Beach. I'm seriously thinking of selling because I know I will have a lot of offers now. Not excited about the buyers interest rates as you've mentioned as still being high so I would rent for a year or two to gauge the market. Do Rental properties in Claremont appear to steadily increase year to year? Or have they tapered off? I don't want to get stuck paying rent again but I may have to do it for sometime until I find something to buy in the area.
