I used sirloin part. I’ve bought it for 25€ for 3 kg. So 8€ for 1 kg. Very affordable for me. Any other fatty kind of beef will work. Recipes are such instructions, where you can adjust or substitute any ingredient to any other you have or like.
Só não gostei do tempo que levou pra preparar essa carne no fogo, isso faz um gasto danado com o gás de cozinha, seria mais prático (e rápido) fazer essa receita numa panela de pressão.

This recipe looks great. You used sirloin, but I expect also cheaper (and tougher) cuts of beef would be ok too, as it has to stew for a long time.

This is not fillet. It is Sirloin part. It was the cheapest cut in my market. Very affordable. Any fatty kind of beef will work for this recipe
