Love this game! Kickstarting for everything, great to see the how to and this video!
Wanted to point out 2 things besides the points you made in the video for rules errors though, so it can help others watching this!
1: monsters play in ascending meeple order (other than Cthulhu who is always last), so in your game it would be dragon first, then imps, then skeletons, and then slimes, as they have 1, 4, 6, and 8 meeples.
2: When the cage symbol comes up from a looted chest or scenario card, you do indeed draw a guild card and throw it in the cells, not reactivate heroes in the cells.

Our copy from the Kickstarter of Keep the Heroes out arrived a few months back and we absolutely LOVE it!! We've played over a dozen times already with man combinations of different monsters and dungeons. Probably our favorite aspect is how thematic each unique monster deck feels for that particular monster; the slime's defend causes them to split and make a duplicate, the rat-people can easily repopulate the dungeon after being killed by heroes, etc.

I think you made a mistake in the end. You had 3 heroes in a treasure. When the 4th came in he should woke up all the heroes there and they should open the chest. So…
Yeah, I think the mention elsewhere in the video that they should have been waking up people after a charge! But since they played without that rule the whole time they realistically would have lost before that.
@@jacforswear18 Is that right, so when hero charge into a new room they wake everybody up if it is not killed by traps

I often lie awake at night pondering the comparative toughness bonuses imbued by skin and loneliness.
Ohh I completely misunderstood & thought imprisonment sent active heroes of that type already in the dungeon to the cells. Bit less of a saving grace than that would have been.
There was nothing imp-erfect about that godlike turn from Paula.
This got so tense for so long but the game seems really well balanced, assuming you don't keep getting terrible card draws. Upgrading decks something to do as soon as possible I think.
I should NOT be watching you guys play this... 4 min in, and I already want to buy this game JUST BECAUSE of how much fun you guys are having. Same thing happened with Horrified. I bought it because you had such a good time on the vid and it made me laugh! But when I bought it and played it... it was just okay-good LOL.
