Easy to follow, good narration, very informative. Thank you. I am yet to see a video of an inspection with some type of split screen showing the narrative input for a defect, it would be very helpful for new inspectors. Great video.
Darwins award. If you raised a kid stupid enough to fall through a stair rail. If you stick a fork in an outlet once is enough. Drop your hair dryer in a clogged sink. Get sick from the hose cross connection from pesticides. Floors massively unlevel and walls massive unsquare. Uh, I don’t know, I recommend HVAC “pro” plumbing “pro” electrical “pro” concrete “pro” “roofing pro” “structural lumber pro” but at least the camera man is on point.
Famous or infamous Highlands Ranch. Went to get away from the big city now have 60 decibels average when the temperature drops. Massive traffic. Killed all the wildlife habitat. This incredibly horrible diversity hire basically states you need to hire a pro because I basically have no clue.
The moisture meter on top of water droplets was especially hilarious.
