    The copper line calls suction line not condensate line, the line that needs to be insulated

    I am currently training to be a home inspector. I noticed he ran the dishwasher even though there were dishes inside. I thought if the current resident has items in the dish washer, washing machine, dryer.. etc. the appliance should not be operated?

    I made it 5:45 seconds into video and could not watch anymore. Homeowners always ask why the inspector didn’t catch that on the report. It’s inspections like yours. Flex gas lines running though cabinets. It’s PRV valves for water heater, correct terminology.

    • @petereyes1057
      @petereyes1057 7 місяців тому

      Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is at the main water shut off. He is correct on the terminology.
