New Inspector. I learned a lot from this video.
Great to hear.
How’s it been going after a year? 👌🏼 I’m about to start myself.
I’ve watched quite a few of these inspection videos and yours was definitely the most informative.
Thanks!
I agree. Thank you for watching and commenting.
Thank you Mr. Rothell for sharing your knowledge and experience! Thank you to Ben and everyone behind the scenes at InterNACHI!

Deficient: Flex line entering furnace and sediment trap missing.....good view at 5:49.
Lots more he missed too.
Thank you.
I am currently training to be a home inspector. I noticed he ran the dishwasher even though there were dishes inside. I thought if the current resident has items in the dish washer, washing machine, dryer.. etc. the appliance should not be operated?
I run a short cycle.
is the report on this property available somewhere?

did anyone notice the mirror on the tiled shower floor.
Got to go back now and watch it again.
13:10 *suction line
Right.
Is it ok that the receptacles were so close to the shower and toilet? *In training inspector
Nope.
I made it 5:45 seconds into video and could not watch anymore. Homeowners always ask why the inspector didn’t catch that on the report. It’s inspections like yours. Flex gas lines running though cabinets. It’s PRV valves for water heater, correct terminology.
Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is at the main water shut off. He is correct on the terminology.
Thanks for watching and commenting.
Realtors love this kind of inspector. Lots of missed deficiencies
