Hey guys, once again, a great and informative vid with your unique chatty styleee... :) One thing regarding the pricing of stuff, sorry to bang on about it again but, you need to take into consideration the safety rating of the item, as that can have a HUGE impact on overall cost. I'd like to see the rating of all items mentioned on reviews, but almost nodoy ever bothers, and it's to me a very important part of the overall consideration of what to buy. Chatting to Kate Jennings at Hideout, she says the main reasons for the jump in price from the (decent quality) £500-600 range of textile jackets, to the £1000+ one (Rukka/Hideout), is mainly due to the safety rating, which is mostly down to abrasion resistance (it's certainly why her kit costs so much more than jackets at this price point). Food for thought!? Keep up the good work :) (I note that even Held's website doesn't really tell you what the rating is, just that is has one "certified under FprEN 17092". Do you know the rating? :) )

You've discovered why, most reviewers avoid it. Its an absolute nightmare. Especially when trying to keep consistent across the videos; and yes, sometimes, generally older models that have been around since the old rating, now are harder to even figure out what the classifications are from the manufacturer. We have however found a bit of a simplified way of looking at it and will have a 2 min tech going into it a little and will implement it in all future videos. Thanks for the feedback Matt, its genuinely appreciated. And Kate is indeed correct, and that has given me an idea for another 2 min tech video, so we'll address this also. Thanks again!

Definitely need some MGR merchandise! I’m on board with that!
Lovely jacket, looks amazing and what it does is great. Halfway through the video I had it on my buy list, but as you both said, the price point is a bit heavy for not having a back protector and thermal lining. For me that lets it down.
Another great video with a great breakdown with extremely valuable info for us bikers buying gear!
Keep up the great work boys!

Hello guys! Thank you very much for the informative review! I am trying to understand my size. What is your height mate :)?
You mentioned that you were wearing a Medium. I think we have almost the same body type but I am not sure yet. I think I am a bit more chunky than you :D
    Thank you in advance. Cheers!

thanks for the review guys! really thorough, super helpful. i'd buy from you but i'm in New York City lol
i'm normally a small. would the attachable liner make the jacket too bulky with a thermal base layer?
