I appreciate how you don’t have any annoying, long intro and just start the video, it’s super refreshing when a lot of videos in this genre have ridiculously long backstory and intro clips
I know, so refreshing to not have "I've noticed 90 percent of my viewers aren't subscribed" too
@@nem-kz3mk or "Have you played Raid Shadow Legends?"
Also no ridiculous and unnecessary overdramatization
Ye is cool
@@nem-kz3mkby the way, this video is sponsored by Opera GX! If you, too enjoy Chinese spyware that looks like sharp edged unicorn vomit, use my code down below!
Hi, I’m the person who suggested Millsberry! I almost jumped out of my chair when you started covering it. I’m so glad that you found it interesting enough to include in your fantastic video!
It’s really is sad how many online MMOs and flash games just don’t exist anymore.
Dude I loved that game! I wish we had a way to play it again I remember it being so much fun!
it looked fun!!
Omg, seeing that again took me back! I totally played it too when I was a kid :D
6:48
Honestly that Among Us sound effect was probably just recorded from a group chat call or something. That’s the most likely explanation. Nothing more to it really.
But it needed to be posted online somehow. I really wanna know the exact origins and how it got on the Internet
AMONG USSHH!!
I honestly thought it was a compressed or distorted "stop posting about among us" snippet
I always thought it was just some dude who edited a streamer saying amongus and posted it
Fun fact regarding LPSO, it was actually a sequel to their original online LPS game (LPS VIP), which also sold toys and was essentially just like the second, though LPSO contained a lot of updated content and more to do.
Ironically, the first game is even more lost than LPSO. LPSO has many rewritten projects attempting to rebuild it (along with many files found), but the first LPS online game has almost nothing on it. I LOVED the first game as a kid, even more so than LPSO. I'd love to see it again.
And they made another one.
Do you mean the lps game where you had to have a toy for a code?
I remember playing LPS VIP. It was essentially like Webkinz and I don't remember if you even could play the game without buying a plushie first. Like it was 2008, and the game was in English, so uh yeah. It was a game I didn't play for too long, because I was 8 and I was scared of the internet (don't ask questions) but I still have a plushie pig that had the code for the game. Sadly she doesn't have her collar with the code anymore. I mean it's useless, but still.
Tell you what, the LPS plushies on their own were like extremelly cool and had really beautiful designs. They really played on the fact that they were plushies. They had mixed fabrics, funny patches and visible decorative stitching in some places. I love them so much.
@@Veiraviss I loved the design of the VIP plushies so much!!! I LOVED the patchy parts.
@@Simipourfangirl Yes. LPSO also had plushies, but IIRC, had a free to play option that was very limited.
VIP was strictly plushie access only- no free accounts.
I'm not very far in but I can already say thank you for covering topics which haven't been talked about over and over, it's so nice to see new content from the community and to become invested in their searches.
Yeah, you can only hear about the pilot of the Backyardigans so many times...
Learning that Stickin' Around is partially lost media blew my mind.
I saw every episode multiple times in syndication as a kid and still quote it to this day.
I wonder if someone somewhere has the lost episodes recorded on VHS.
i love that show i used to watch it on qubo!!
@@VionysusSmiles same lol, that show was truly amazing
@@VionysusSmiles I watched it on YTV. It was a sick day staple alongside The Price is Right on some american channel we got access to in basic cable once I started school.
I remember getting the Latchkey Gardens joke when I became a latchkey kid myself and my father told me he had been one.
@@VionysusSmiles same!! I'd watch it every night

on-demand lost media struck a chord with me. I was really into puppets as a kid, and comcast on-demand had some puppet making videos hosted by a guy that kinda looked like Michael Chiklis. One build I remember actually doing was an Egyptian mummy. You needed a big soup ladle and a craft foam ball: the ball being the head attached into the scoop of the ladle for a body. Some string arms and cardboard hands with control rods, and wrap the whole thing in white tape to complete the look. There was honestly so much cool stuff on that service back in the day. Lego had a page that hosted the Vianco Studio Sports Champions animations from 1987, in MUCH better quality than all the VHS rips circulating the web, there was a page for learning musical instruments including Carmine Appice teaching drums (which MIGHT have been taken from the same thing Drummerworld has uploaded clips of but I'm not entirely sure). I would so love to see those puppet videos again, they were huge for me.
You know how much _weird_ anime was on there? I watched some absolute classics on On Demand, too. I watched Evangelion and Utena there. It was really wild, I just remember watching all kinds of odd stuff there.
I watched the most obscure stuff on WOW! On Demand as a kid lol
@@wareforcoin5780 I literally got my anime start on On demand because I didn't have Internet for years. i even got on the kpop train in 08 because of on demand!
Oh crap, I actually remember having the Mario Happy Meal screensaver back in the day! Sadly, the family PC I'd downloaded it to got infected, wiped multiple times, and eventually died and got thrown out.
Noooo not the Littlest Pet Shop Online!! 😭😭😭
I spent HOURS on that site.. I had the VIP Plush Panda bear as a xmas gift, cuz I was obsessed with collecting the toys as a kid (my younger sibling is in posession of my almost 100 small ones).
That Panda was my introduction to Online Games, I'm honestly sad to think the digital footprint is gone 😢 Gone but not forgotten VIP Panda 💗😭

the "among us" sound effect comes from the video where the guy is shouting about "stop talking about among us", its just slowed down a bit and distorted
what video?
@@tomutoo the video where the guy is shouting about "stop talking about among us"
Nah the guy yelling among us predates the "stop talking about among us" video. From what I could find it supposedly came from a video by a user on Twitter but has since been removed.
@@Midcall interesting, since, i myself grabbed the video, slowed it down and distorted it, and as fair as i could tell, it was almost exactly the same, of course i couldnt replicate it 1:1, but, the soundwave was the exact same length and pattern, and, it sounded really close. but, i could be wrong
@@Midcall erm actually the audio file was found on a hard drive in an abandoned computer in the year 1999
1:07:10 Hey, I created the Nuclear Sub Command article! So glad to see a lost Commodore 64 game talked about on one of these videos. You would never hear of such lost games outside of Games That Weren't 64(which is where I got the information from).
Blessing us with an hour long lost media video once again
Old roblox in-game content is hard to verify, since the code has changed. What would function one year could cause major bugs the next, and be completely nonfunctional today. You could install the virus in the modern engine and never even know it's there, since the changes in the engine and the new policies for media files would completely break it.
Just a fun example of this happening, I played SonicArea's My Little Pony RP a lot. It was made in 2011, and by 2014, the broken code caused players' limbs to fall off, and their health to randomly drop. By 2015, the bug became so frequent that you were almost expected to die within two minutes of spawning. This finally ended in 2016 when updates broke the code completely.
It was a separate software to roblox. (exe file)

I played Millsberry when I was younger, although I never progressed far into the game. I'll just recount what I remember:
1. Yes, Neopets is a very apt comparison. My brother and I were avid Neopets players, and Millsberry was something we played just as "the other Neopets", basically. It also used the same "Immersive adverting" model as Neopets, I remember for a period a Honey Nut Cheerios themed building opened up.
2. One major issue with the game was that if you played for 5-ish days in a row, it would give you a screen telling you to go outside and play instead of spending all the time on the computer playing Millsberry, and it would refuse to let you get back into the game for a little bit. This anti-loyalty program is what killed my motivation to play it a lot of the time, since oftentimes I'd just forget to go back into the game once that timeout duration had ended and it was hard to get "hooked" into it. Maybe they ditched it in the later years?
3. I distinctly remember there being an event in the game that lasted for about a month where you had a small farm you could check into once a day to water your crops, and that for every crop made there would be 1 cent donated to a charity. The crops were themed around making a pizza, I think the 3 starting things you had were a tomato crop for sauce, a grain crop for the dough, and I'm guessing cows to make cheese? I distinctly remember there were 3 starting things and then you could unlock more ingredients to the farm.
4. There was a city to explore (explore in the same way you explored in Neopets). The only notable thing I remember was a large decrepit "haunted" house, where the only thing you could do is click on it to go in front of it in a first-person view, then click to go up to the doorbell. I don't know if the place had anything more than that.
5. A strange feature I remember is that in order to sell things to other players, you needed to create a yard area in your house so you could host a yard sale.
A while back, I made a post on Reddit asking about a game similar to Neopets, and I believe Millsberry was the one I was looking for.
how dare they encourage you to go outside 😂
So they did have garage sales lol I thought so, was vaguely remembering that

Minimonos was actually the first online game I ever played! My parents also banned me from playing it because I was very young and stupid that the first thing I did on the game was introduce myself in chat with my full name and address (because we had learned to remember that in school around that time), I also had a guy rp with me pretending to be my brother (changed his avi to look exactly the same as my brothers and I was so stupid I didn't realise the names were different) and made weird flirty remarks to me, strange times
Dear God 💀

JFC! You were really stupid back then 0_0
I 100% remember the *fish* mcbites at my local mcdonalds.... every few times i visit i think about them and miss them dearly.
I also have a vivid memory of playing LPS Online at my cousins' house on christmas day one year. I had gotten the monkey plush (i miss that thing) and had signed up on their old windows 7 computer, and since their desk was disorganized to an ungodly degree, i remember losing the code afterwards and being unable to log in later (not sure why, but hey, i was five and didnt know how those things worked), though i do have another memory of a later wave of the plushes having the codes sewn into a tab you pulled out of the plush instead of a paper/cardboard tag that could easily be lost. My sister had the plum dog that had a pull tab.
Where do you live? I’m from NY and i had no idea that they were selling these.
And it’s crazy cause around that time 2013, me and my friends would regularly hang out at our local McDonalds. Didn’t even know this was a thing.

Perfect. Long runtime, tons of lost media I've never heard of before, no long-winded intro (in fact, no intro at all, bonus points), and solid delivery with well-worded entries.
Once I went to a CEC near my hometown, on my 6th birthday, I was going down a slide I used to love, and by it was a game I can’t remember the name of. All I can remember is what the screensaver looked like. It started off in an anime sort of backyard, and a boy and girl were playing with a ball, and they saw an enemy. They pulled out swords with angry pupil-less eyes and fought until the enemy was dead. Then they played with the ball again and it went over the fence, revealing more enemies, and they grabbed the swords with the same pupil-less angry eyes, and it was on. I went and searched everywhere online, but to no avail, I found nothing. I recently went to the same CEC, but both the slide and the game were gone. No one can remember this game.

Do you remember the console? That will narrow it down a bit. A McDonald's I went to a couple times had a integrated n64. The controls never worked and such but it had... super Mario I think.
@@mariawhite7337 It was an arcade machine.
"That's Gross!" I think actually rings a bell to me. I remember once seeing a show (I think it was just called "Gross!") with a bald guy as the presenter, and I think he talked about ears (and ear wax) in the episode I saw. I don't know if that's what the OP might have seen?
I remember a scene where some kids had a box that apparently contained the smell of ear wax, and they were all reacting to it. That's all the information I got though

I think I grew up watching Bananas in Pajamas on UPN( An American station known for having bad shows)of all places so I'm not surprised that most outside Australia never heard of it.
Aussie here, we have the “wait, the wider world doesn’t know about this?” moment on like, a daily basis. I was fucking bamboozled when I learned Americans don’t have Tim Tams, like how could you even LIVE without them
I used to watch it as a kid here in Italy lol. Feels weird
i'm brazilian and i was a big fan as a kid lol i even had a bananas in pajamas birthday party, as well as some merch

5:45 I am certain that's Cera from the Land Before Time, probably not the VHS but a commercial for the movie, Pizza Hut also did a promotion for the Land Before Time where they were selling toys connected to the movie. One incredibly dark theory is it could have been a news segment talking about the death of Judith Barsi or the movies popularity.

It’s found now. It’s actually from a teddy ruxpin episode. The episode is called “the faded fobs” which aired on January 7th 1987.
I feel like we are gonna see a whole lot more lost media in the coming years as people start to realize how impermanent the internet really is
ive been looking for my own lost media game for ages now to no avail. a part of me that loves watching these videos hopes i find someone else looking for the same game. either way, its crazy how so many things get lost to time despite the internet being so expansive.
What was the game like?
The lost cartoon from 5:30 is The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin, specifically the episode "The Faded Fobs"
The show was animated in canada and is from the mid 80s
Oooh I flipped through the episode and I see what you mean!
I went to the reddit post and it looks like OP confirmed this was the answer ::- ]
Now I'm wondering how the edited contrast photo looks so much like a dinosaur...
You should describe existing popular pieces of media as if they were lost media, maybe as an April fools video
The That's Gross show sounds like it could be related to a popular children's book from the 90s called Grossology, might be worth looking into if anybody cares.
I've been searching for a piece of lost media for years now, I've taken to calling it The Thanksgiving Film, I saw it when I was in kindergarten. It starts off with this kid eating thanksgiving with his family, he's being disrespectful so his mom sends him to his room. In his room he tells her "I don't like thanksgiving its just a bunch of people I dont like and food I hate" then she says something like "well until you learn to be nice you'll be staying in here" , puts in some dvd about thanksgiving, and takes away his game controller before she leaves. The kid watches the dvd for a bit before noticing another controller tucked away in his bookshelf, he remarks "I don't remember this being here" and when he tries to use it he gets transported back in time to the first thanksgiving. At the end of the film it's revealed it was a dream and he goes back to his family. The film was live action and I remember the quality being of something from the 90s/early 2000s, it was not the movie Free Birds. The only progress I've made in this search is finding other people who've independently have been searching for the same film, so I know it's real, other than that nothing.
Idk if this is something you'd cover, but I'll give it a shot anyway since I've never gotten anyone else interested in looking for this
My favorite band, Caravan Palace, revealed a while back that they first got together when they were commissioned to make the music for an unreleased French porn. That music is still lost, though the band has said that they might still have a copy on a hard drive somewhere if they went looking for it. I'm really curious what the very first music they made together sounded like, and I think it's just a matter of drawing more attention to it so the band is motivated to go digging
The made music for French
WHAT!?
I never heard of any band that started like that
I'm from the United States and I watched Bananas in Pajamas as a child on VHS, so I think at least some other countries besides Australia had it. I don't recall it ever airing on television here, though, at least not when I was around. You jogged my memory, I forgot that show existed for a while!
I'm not at that part but I know for a fact banana in pajamas aired in the UK, the channel it aired on most probably would've been tiny pop, pop or citv but im not entirely sure.
I don’t know about the original series, but the weird CGI reboot aired on Treehouse in Canada. I don’t remember watching it because I was freaked out by the designs of the bananas. I much prefer the original designs
same, i had the slipper fairy ep on vhs!
The weird CGI remaster aired in the UK around 2017 or 2016, my memory of it is a bit fuzzy however because I was young at the time.
It was on tv in the US and pretty popular for awhile.
I played littlest pet shop online when I was younger. It was such a blast, but then it closed a week later. There was also this Disney Fairies website that was very similar, and it was SO fun, but that shut down too. I'm glad to see people still remember these obscure games.
this guy is insane
bro can post so much high quality content in such a short span of time
I asked this on the Lost Media subreddit a few years back, but the post got deleted. I remember watching a recreyo video or something similar before the channel was made, with the host being Curtrichy and the two contestants being Chillypanda and Turtleamigo, where they had to solve how they died or something along those lines, and in the end it was a tie, and Chillipanda was angry that she tied despite going to college. Does anyone seem to remember this as well, because the only person who also remembers it was a sibling who watched with me?
I think I remember that. Don’t remember anything though
Been watching your videos lately. Cool stuff! Also this reminds me of my own lost media case.
So I vividly remember a cartoon I havent seen ever again. It was probably around 2014 or something. It had this green parrot guy who had a Mexican accent, who would educate lessons, in was probably on an educational kids computer program. But its completely gone now
Wow! 100 entries exactly!
I'm impressed!
I have a suggestion for the next video.
One of my favorite UA-camrs, known as TatsTops Videos has had a history of videos taken down from their channel. Many of them became lost as a result.
One in particular is so obscure, that it's not even listed on the Lost Media Wiki.
"Top 90 Hardest NES Games" was a countdown of theirs that was only on UA-cam for a couple weeks before being deleted for unknown reasons.
Because it was uploaded for such a short amount of time, its existence has not been documented.
It's a shame because it was one of my favorite of their countdowns and I hope Tats has it archived somewhere.
They did say they planned to make a new Hardest NES Games countdown but I do wish for the Top 90 list to be archived.
1:59 I like it how takes the brother a visible second to process the jumpscare.
I remember some games that are obscure to the point I can’t even find a trace online:
(1) An Avatar the Last Airbender and Airheads PC game. I believe it was played in-browser and you played as Aung (I don’t watch the show, probably not how you spell his name).
(2) Hotel for Dogs Nickelodeon online game. That’s really all I remember is that it exists and I played it through Nick.
(3) The Horseland *show* digital game. There’s only one video of it up and it has very 2000’s edits to it. I commented on it a very long time ago, and that is really the only piece left of it.
You never disappoint with these lists. They always have something I haven't heard of before. And this way more people can check if they remember something about the lost media!
such a huge mumfie fan, so excited for it to be the first topic you chose for the video
One aspect of this video i find supremely underrated is the splash screens for each segment, a good few got a chuckle out of me which is quite nice!
(I do have a question though, was the Crash Village splash screen a parody of anything in specific? there's a musician who's thumbnails look eeriely similar and is crash-adjacent but due to their content being for a specific fandom i'm not entirely sure if you would have known their content, thank you in advance!)
Oh hey, long time no see
Hey man good video. You know, for every 1 or 2 pieces of lost media that finally become found, there will always be at least 7 or more pieces of lost media that are just recently being looked for.
Omg yess. I can’t wait to watch this tonight while eating and having a glass of wine🖤😌
its crazy that baby blues is lost media i remember watching episodes on youtube as a kid.. maybw not all of them, at least a few
New subscriber! I love your videos their very interesting! Thanks for all the effort put into these. ❤
Woah, I had no idea Bananas in Pyjamas was an australian show! It aired in Brazil, and I do remember watching it, even had a toy of one of them!
Its crazy to me that lost media is still being produced to this day when the internet exists and most of everything should be preserved forever in some form
I think the internet existing might honestly be part of why. Now that we're in this modern age, a lot of people seem to assume that things just ***can't*** get lost anymore -- that some website, or video sharer, or some random user *must* have a copy, and so nobody thinks to do it themselves.
It's almost like the bystander effect -- everybody assumes somebody else will do something, and so *nobody* does anything. My partner archives Twitch streams for a few different fanbases, and I had this exact conversation with her once when she was debating whether she should save something somebody else had. (I countered that just because somebody has it *now,* doesn't mean they will forever -- files get lost, hard drives corrupt, computers break, so I always say its better for *many* people to archive one thing, just in case.)
20:40 Mr.Beast before counting to 100,000 was actual comedic gold his worst intros in UA-cam videos are legendary and I wish all of them are found
omg i was in love with those worst intro videos, those kids made absolutely horrible intros 😭
I LOVED the worst intros series and I was so sad when I found out they were gone, I really need a laugh again man :(
Because you asked, Bananas in Pajamas was very popular in the UK too
I remember an obscure drawing app where you can post your drawings on a large image board of drawings for everyone to see. I remember the game had bad moderation as there was a lot of NSFW art on there, which made it worse since it was an app meant for kids. I remember at some point the people who made the game announced that they’d be shutting down the image-sharing feature soon which caused a lot of outcry and that’s the last memory of the game I can remember. I can’t tell you if the game is lost or not because I don't know the current status of the game, but I do remember the game was called something like “Sketch” and had a pencil and rainbow logo or something. The game was also for Android or Samsung I believe
Its actually Sketch Draw and Color and iirc it shut down
was it drawcast?
it was definitely Sketch since i used to use it on android
Sony Sketch
Yes, it was called Sony Sketch. The moderators of the app created a new program unrelated to Sony called Sketchers United. Unfortunately, the developer abandoned the game and all of the moderators very recently quit, so its no longer a safe app for children. I really liked the original app, sad that it's gone.
I love the image you used for the “Turkish ben ten games” section intro card
ANSWER - the land before time thing is actually Miss Frizzle's pet iguana thing from the Magic School Bus :)
I can see the resemblance but it's not a 100% match imo.
No that’s… not… The magic school bus is not from the 80’s. Did you hear the timeframe in which the picture was taken?
Wow thanks for these! Initially decided I watch as background noise but i never heard of any of these and they were all really fascinating. Usually you hear about the same ones over and over 😅 good stuff man.
Wait I think I’ve actually seen the that’s gross thing
I went to a really poor high school that would show us videos from the late 90s early 2000s all the time and I vividly remember our science teacher making us watch a “that’s gross” video about water waste management, because we were learning about that for whatever reason
how can a high school be poor
@@spetsnaz4537 I lived in the poorest county in my state, that got very little funding
Don’t see how it’s hard to understand
All of our stuff was outdated as hell
@@IdioticNeon wouldn't that just be an underfunded school
@@spetsnaz4537 I mean feels like semantics ngl
it's a good day when a long shaiivalley video drops
We watched Bananas in Pyjamas in the US when we were kids, I think mom rented them on VHS from the local video store. Loved that show
Does anyone remember that Jaws game for the App Store? The game was made in the early 2010s. The objective of the game was to guide swimmers away from the shark from an aerial view. I remember there was like 10 different maps, two different map types(shore and ocean), multiple boats with different capacities, four different swimmers with unique deaths, and a boss level where you actually fight the shark yourself. Unfortunately the game got removed off the App Store and is kind of lost apart from a few videos and screenshots; however, I actually have an old iPad with the game in it, though I need to look for the tablet.
I think I saw my cousin play that like 1-2 years ago!! I'll try asking him
The goat dropped
Hi :D
The goat commented.
I watched Bananas in Pajamas when I was a kid and I'm from the US! I was excited to hear you bring it up.
I was surprised when you showed Baby Blues. I remember seeing that at least once!
Also I am still hopeful that the rest of the Henry and June videos will be found! I loved those.
You should cover all the media surrounding the forbidden siren series!! There are a number of sites that have all gone down in recent years, and there was a whole flash game for siren 1 that is essentially nowhere now -- THAT site went down in like 2010 but there was a site with a backup... Unfortunately that sute is down now too. Funny ebough, everybody back in the day would link there and say how lucky we are to have it because it would suck to lose that flash game prequel... Yet nobody seemed to download the backup in case IT went away!
You've earned a new subscriber! Amazing video. Perfect voice and I love the "Weirdcore" aesthetic (if thats what it is I might be wrong). Definitely gonna warch more!!
Ah yes an hour long video of lost media, just what I needed 😌
love your stuff man! hope you find some well earned fame and respect in the lost media, iceberg and mystery community!
I remember a lost media video of an autopsy here on UA-cam where they took out a girl's breast implants, laughed, played with it for a bit, then put it back. They also casually washed her hair and stuff. Can't find it again
yo, ik you probably wont see this but im absolutely obsessed with your channel. your editing style, the topics you cover, evrrything down to the socks dude. never stop posting
I remember the That's gross show! I never watched it but I remember seeing it available on Comcast on demand. It stood out because I'm pretty sure it was based on a series of kids science books from the early 90s of the same name. I remember the cover of the book was like sparkly green slime, reminiscent of nickelodeon slime. A kid in my second grade class brought the book to show and tell and the teacher got mad and told him to put it away.
I had the Oh Yuck book as a kid and I remember it having slime green coloring on the cover and pages. I reread it a bunch of times as a kid, I wonder if I still have it somewhere. I never knew there was a TV show adaptation! That's gross sounds very similar in premise.
Oh my god! I haven't thought about Max the cat in a while! I didn't know it was lost. I used to watch it in the early/mid 2000's on Treehouse. I loved it a lot. I had a relaxing vibe to it.
Do you have any tapes or no?
the "mystery 80s show" - maybe some archival libraries (local or not) would have archives of the old tv guides? if they knew the day it was taken, and year, should be fairly easy to find a tv guide for it.
I actually remember playing Emerald Island! I don’t remember how I first got into it but I always found the art style charming, especially the environments
Bananas in Pyjamas was quite popular in Brazil. Maybe these episodes are still out there but in Portuguese.
i looooved millsberry as a kid, i played on it every single day for a couple years. i loved the Trix game, you had to jump from block to block without falling off the platform
1:03:31 Me and my friend used to love playing miniminos! My strongest memory of it was climbing up some sort of massive tree, as well as a lot of bananas falling from the sky. 😂
I have no idea why, but it feels like I've subscribed to you ten times, after every video, but here I am subscribing again. Thankfully YT knows I watch your videos so I come across them.
Man, what is with Pilipino adverts becoming lost all the time? I'm suprised it isn't a meme yet. XD
I know this is random but i remember this old game i used to love playing when i was younger. It was on the PBS Kids website, where you could play games based on the different shows/cartoons on PBS kids. My ALL-TIME FAVORITE was the Wild Kratts game, it was a game where you could make your own character and play as one of the Wild Kratts yourself, with the power to change into the animals the characters had transformed into on the cartoon. Along the years, they randomly removed this game from the website, keeping the other more simple Wild Kratts games. I remember being devastated. From what I remember, this was before Flash had ceased to exist, so there was no real reason they removed the game. All i can find is one low quality video on youtube of someone playing the game, I wish i could find more since i really want to relive my nostalgia. So yeah, hope that was interesting enough! Have a good day everyone. :)
EDIT: I’ve done a little searching and the EXACT game i’m talking about is titled “Wild Kratts: Habitat Rescue”. While a lot of the simpler games are archived on Flashpoints so that you can play them yourself, this game isn’t.
Yes McDonald's has been known to do this before. I remember 20 years ago the "out of the way" McDonald's in my town having pizza you could get but it was only for a short time with no advertising for it outside of the store selling it. I think they use untravelled McDonald's locations from time to time to try out strange ideas without having to worry about the fallout from a strange idea lol. I've got a mystery for you. I remember distinctly last year Mcrib coming out with them advertising the Mcrib is retiring after this time. It's your last chance to get it and that advertisement was all over town at every McDonald's but yet again around Xmas time as always the Mcrib was back!? I guess whatever the animal is they get the Mcrib from didn't go extinct after all? 😂
6:50 I LOVE LOVE LOVED Millsberry when I was younger. I spent an ungodly amount of time on it, club penguin, webkinz, and marapets. As well as Posttopia. a few years a go when the recreation servers got popular,I was so sad to see that not only was there no server for Millsberry, but it was LOST. it was so fun. the games were great, too. really miss this one. what sucks is that as a young'un i made a lot of youtube videos of playing these old MMOs/virtual worlds (spent a lot of time on runescape too lol) and I remember making a few videos of Millsberry but never uploading them. theyre long gone to the ether and dead harddrives now. unfortunate, considering if i had uploaded them I could unprivate the videos from the channel I had back then thats still up here on YT.
Legend of Equestria is discarded since a long time
The McDonald’s Mario game toy is something I actually remembered seeing, that ball-looking Mario was something I somewhat vaguely remember having around a Texas condo at one point in my life
It sounds to me like that laser trap-shooting game became a prototype for Duck Hunt
I played millsberry when I was a kid I remember all the commercials for it and I remember my friends making characters etc but I DISTINCTLY remember why it died it had like loot rewards that required some money and after the hype died they made it free but it was too late
Hold up?!?! Did this guy just immediately start the video and got straight to the point with no bullshit intro, no begging for likes and subcriptions and no stupid sponsorhip shill segment?!??! That alone made me a subscriber and I wish more people did this.👍👍
Another piece of potential lost media I'd like to mention is Monkey Quest! It was an MMO game by Nickelodeon. I remember it being unique because, rather than being a sort of point-and-click type open world game like Club Penguin, it was more of a side-scrolling platformer. The game is pretty well-documented, as it was fairly popular, but it was also very short-lived and was only up from 2011 to 2014. There have been attempts to revive the game, but as far as I've seen, none of them have been successful. I remember playing this game a ton as a kid and I really wish it could be brought back, but it doesn't seem like it ever will.
^^this and og club penguin and Yugioh online and spyros lair is to name a few oh and let's not forget fusionfall
Ahh perfect timing for my break! Love your stuff! ❤
I'm a little confused about the fish mcbites thing. Are the ads the only lost media?? I googled them and saw plenty of pictures of the boxes and stuff from food review blogs /gen
There not talking about fish mcbites there talkin about shrimp mcbites the fish has a lot of real photos while the shrimp has no photos or physical media left
I posted this on Reddit a long time ago but it didn't get solved so just wanted to mention it here bc I wanna know if anyone remembers this: There was this weird segment on a Canadian kids TV show that I remember seeing in the early 2000's, and I never really forgot it because of how weird it was, it was a live action segment that played during a kids show. The part I remember is one of the actors was comically eating a bowl of hair like it was spaghetti. He was wrapping the fork around the hair like you would when you eat spaghetti and eating it. It was all depicted in a very slapstick and comedic way but I just remember being super grossed out by this when I saw it.The segment I remember was obviously filmed in the modern day but was in the style of an old timey, Charlie Chaplin-like slapstick, silent movie. I vaguely remember the segment took place in a theater with red curtains. It was on a Canadian children's tv channel, maybe Treehouse TV? Or another channel that aired around the early 2000's. Also it had to have been aired somewhere between 2002-2006.
I love the way you edit your videos and the pictures you put in them, it’s just so nostalgic
Babe wake up, new Shaiivalley upload!!!
This video just reminds me of numerous games I used to love as a kid which I remember so vividly but can’t remember the name of which makes me so sad, hope they are found one day
