When I was at my lowest point, this song saved me.
Just now, as I caught myself in an anxious fervor, this tune wandered into my head and suddenly everything was alright.

I understand you completely you. I lived in China for three years. Overall it was a very positive experience, but at times I would get incredibly homesick. This song really spoke to me whenever I remembered friends and family back home.
Night is literally falling and it's my fourth day sober. Came back to this gem for the exact same reason--it's a light in the fog, isn't it? Wishing you well, seven years later.

actually i was reading this story that doesn't actually exist about how he was playing on tour in europe and got arrested in a particularly unattractive country where, no, it is not legal for that combination of skill and good looks. he probably made bail or something.

What an artist, such a soul.
An everlasting experience. I saw him at Spreckels theatre in San Diego. August 2012 I think...so many memories attached to his music as I was always listening to it. The recent Iron & Wine and Andrew Bird concert would have been a good one to see.
Andrew Bird's music is nothing less than ethereal. Truly one of the most talented musicians of our time.

I *just* discovered this song. And I used to think I've heard a lot of Andrew Bird (cuz I looooove him)..... And I think this is one of his best works, and now, one of my favourites!

This guys music has been with me for so long. I started listening since I was in high school and even now I’m back to it because of the beautiful tune. This one would always help me when I was scared of things. I’m so glad to know I’ve grown after this time and it’s crazy to think I finally got the surgery to fix my heart. I’m currently in the process of recovering but this music still makes me happy any time I hear it.
Woow I´m really glad you got that surgery, this song definitely has something special, hoenstly, I feel like everybody should know this song or listen to it at least once in their lifetime, on the other hand, the fact that very few people know about its existance makes this feel special and lucky for us to have had the privilege

I’m doing so much better! I got cleared by my doctor to do whatever I want. I can finally live life the way I want to and lead a normal healthy life. I’ll need another surgery many years from now but for now I’m cured.
