Autolover A8 Head Up Display Issues

This is a video showing two issues I'm having with the Autolover A8 Head Up Display. The display has a problem switching over to l/100km from L/H and it also doesn't shut off when the voltage of the car goes below the configured reference voltage. This video is intended for customer service to understand what issues I'm having and hopefully have them help in resolving it.
