    Hello.
To clean valves, place them in a drill press while avoiding clamping the stem area that rides in the guide.
Mild scotch brite or mild grit sand paper will clean the deposits quickly while a final run with fine 600 or higher grit paper will polish them to improve performance and minimize future deposit build-up.
    Great videos !!

Thanks for a great video. I was given an engine by a buddy at flying field that looks almost the same but valave covers are separate. I opened up cam cover and found that one bearing to be all rusty and gunked up. I ordered a set of cam and crank bearings and getting ready to rebuild it. It runs sort of ok but I don't trust the bearings in it.

Then your engine is an OS FS-120. Search my channel for OS FS-120. Here is one of about 4 videos I have on this engine. ua-cam.com/video/B5_hHVppQhI/v-deo.html

Try using an easy out bolt extractor to remove the wrist pin, that method has worked for me on heli engines in the past, it adds a left twist action at the same time which makes it even easier to remove.

Hi,i had the same problem on a FS120.i used a lot of heat, same oil you use and a screw that went in an got snug enough to turn wrist pin, while hot, with oil and came out.

You know theres a small hole on the front side above the cams that you just put a small allen key in to pishbthe pin out from the rod to piston head

Hello and thanks for the amazing video. I have an OS Surpass 120 with pump on a Tiger Moth which I last flew in 2003. I am returning to flying but the engine turns like there is no compression, and wont turn on. :(
