Both restaurants permanently ceased operations due to the pandemic. One Dallas Center is not the only building on your list that lacks balconies and fully functional windows. Less than half of the units at 1900 Pacific have windows that open and there are no balconies. The LTV Tower also has zero balconies and zero windows that open. Listing 1900 Elm as the top apartment building in the CBD is completely misguided.
