Thank you for recognizing the spell binding talent she had. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The power of Karen Carpenter. Forever.
I read an interview with a sound booth engineer that said Karen Carpenter was the only artist he ever worked with that nailed the first take EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Wow!
The last song she ever recorded, "Now", was a practice track, done in one take. Her brother finished the song months after she passed away.
Thank you for your reaction to this Carpenters song. Please also react to their song "A Place to Hideaway" - Peace.
I'll check it out soon
Absolutely 💯
Her voice was (and still is) so unique and stunning that it's hard to even describe. Karen Carpenter WOW. Lets just say...there are the legends and famous female singers....and then there's Karen Carpenter.... She is considered the greatest female drummer in the music business.
Incredible
Love your beautiful, melodious accent. No one sounds like Karen.
You express yourself so simply and truly in English. I hope you like The Carpenters. Karen's voice blooms in a note so beautifully, you know?
I do!
I love seeing these. I would love to see the reaction to Eres Tu, a song in Spanish with incredible harmonies.
Thanks
She thought of herself a drummer first then a singer. she's considered one of the best drummers ever
First off, that was a harmonica at the beginning, not a flute. They can sound similar. Yes you are hearing the voice of an angel. Karen had a voice and control like few others. Lastly, the difficulty in playing drums while singing is huge. You are having to keep 5 different rhythms in you head at the same time (2 feet, two hands, and the melody). This is a testament to her ability.
Thanks for the enlightenment
She had the most beautiful voice and died way too young. Anorexia got her. Her brother that you saw here on the piano was absolutely heartbroken. One of my favorites of hers is This Masquerade.
Her mother was at fault!!
May her soul rest in peace
Voice...do much of Karen! Please!!!
I'll do it...thanks
That is a saxophone not a trumpet.
Oh, thanks 🙏🙏
