The British Beauty Council is dedicated to ensuring clear and diverse beauty career pathways are promoted to young people. It aims to maintain a continuous flow of new talent into the sector which will maintain the UK beauty industry’s global reputation at the cutting edge of innovation.

The session will uncover the various ways you can get involved in Council initiatives including workplace safaris, virtual work experience, the Future Talent Programme and more.
A large part of our work is focused on ensuring that brands and businesses are implementing inclusivity and accessibility throughout their businesses. We are currently consolidating this work under three focuses: neurodivergence, disabilities and physical differences, and career progression.
