The guy in the Packer's hat feels like a quest NPC, one you just keep running into who knows the general outline of whatever problem is going on, and always has a bucket of excess dialogue for you.
You're going to need to [arrest Lauren] here, officer. I heard there's also a pair of [handcuffs] in the locker out back, and there's great discounts in the store if you can raise your [reputation].
My first thought was Malcolm Holmes chasing me
I can see it
That's called a waypoint quest.
Cheese head exclaimation mark man.
YES! Like, good dude BUT....man.... shut up....Like Richard Pryor said, why do drunks think they can talk?
Hat guy is just a homie. He's just a little drunken bean. Best character in this entire incident.
homie in the packers beanie was legit trying to help tried his best in spite of his intoxication to give the cops the info and was immediately concerned when the cops said the girl who puked vanished
You can tell in his eyes he's doing everything he can to fight his intoxication. What a dude
I call him Shaggy.
He seems to be a total bro
The guy in the Packers hat is a total W. We really need more kind, honest and earnest people like him.
I feel like your videos are finally being pushed more onto my feed, which is nice.
Maybe UA-cam decided to help out Alicia after trying to screw her over
True, I'm starting to get them again
Same here
It showed up on my fyp
"He is going to arrest me"
"That's correct"
I kinda love this cop just for that.
Hat bro is a chatty drunk, we love that for him. He ain't a miserable drunk or an angry drunk, bro just has a couple and starts YAPPIN
he's so cute
I can only imagine all their lawyers being in a room together, both defense and prosecutor, with the judge, a corkboard, and all the affadavits/transcripts just trying to piece together whatever the fuck this timeline is
Just get a Kingdom Hearts timeline expert to organize it.
@@FubukiTheIcyKing I don't think even one of us could organize this mess...
Playing an alicia vid while taking a nap is like listening to an audio book with multiple narratives going on all at once lol
I do that and then roll it back so I can finish it, I get something nice to watch and fall asleep, she gets her watch time. A good exchange
"You couldn't pull me!"
"Nobody wants to pull you, you're the 50/50 lose! The Qiqi kind at that!"
Hey now, let's not compare her to Qiqi, that's insulting.
To Qiqi.
"You couldn't pull me!"
"...Bitch, you're almost as annoying as Medb. Who in their right mind would TRY to pull you?"
@@RanmaYagami Yeah at least Qiqi is useful to society

Poor Fergus dude was blasted outta his mind cause he couldn't stop his Irish senses from tingling from the sight of free alcohol
Much love to beanie man. All I can hear when he talks tho is Krillin from DBZA going "man I canNOT stop talking"
lol :D
but he is a good lad. despite drunk he wants to make sure the woman is ok.
but man that whole place needs investigating. selling alcohol to underage people. and then the bartender barring the cops. suuuuus as fuck.
I think y'all missed the part where she said to the cops that she had a kid without an adult at home as the reason for needing to call. It's completely understandable given the deluge of insanity she was saying to the cops but if I were them I would not have let that slide. Why is she dead drunk on the street with a minor alone at home in the first place?! I'd have called child protective services on her on the spot and charged her with endangerment of a minor. She was in no condition to go back to her kid in that state. I really despise irresponsible alcoholics.
homie in the packers beanie is such a good bean! ☺️ seein him be so wholesome makes me smile
I love the dude who wanted to help, genuinely just trying to be helpful, really nice while drunk as shit, legit worried that she couldn't be found, bros got a big heart and it shows. I guess drinking does tend to bring out who people actually are
Edit: that "Thank God you're here" xD
That's fuckin golden this guy's a legend. Im calling him Angel for now. Angels gotta be the boyfriends best friend, I doubt anyone would willingly deal with this lady like that without some kind of personal comnection
58:17 I used to work as an alarm dispatch operator and have had to dispatch emergency services on other emergency facilities. they get mad confused for a little bit but still have to send someone out regardless.
the funniest one I had (it was a false alarm btw) was dispatching the fire department to their own fire station for a fire alarm.
Honestly the Harold bit is W. The longer it went on, the funny it got. It being pizza night got me quietly giggling for while.
“You didn’t tell me you were arresting me!”
Actually they infact did at least half a dozen times, they have body cams that prove that.
Man, Packers Hat Guy is just a Midwesterner. Drunk but knows he's gotta help. Cool dude. I know i've acted similar when drunk (never completely blackout, do have moments i remember differently. Such as my favourite line "wait i said backwater? No i said backwards" true enough, it was recorded and i said backwater.
Packers hat is a bro.Even drunk himself trying to do the right thing
I laughed so hard at the bar owner saying: "he can't sleep here."
Oh really you don't say so, like they aren't trying to leave the bar or something. Pretty sure everyone already knew he couldn't stay there sleeping xD
im new to the comunity but since i have started watching, combined with going to the gym consistently and hanging out with friends more, my mental health has gone to increadible heights. thank you
Guy in the G hat is in the blunt rotation!
Did you hear about the woman who made a chemical that would explode the drunk if someone tried to drug it and it exploded on a guy who ended up being a cop 👀 and they are charging her 💀
Even if she hadnt been arrested you can bet she would be "the story" in the friend group for the next several years 😂
I'm a happy drunk but I also usually just drink at home by myself and I'm 34 so I know my limits pretty well.
Those limits were very much not heeded last Christmas break where I crushed four Cutwater margs on a mostly empty stomach and it took a MINUTE for me to recover from that hangover. I ain't in my 20s anymore 😂😂
Anytime she says "crater face" I just think of Ruby from RWBY sneezing and making a crater on Weiss during the first day at Beacon XD
Poor Ruby. She just wanted to be a normal girl with normal knees.
"i need 911"
"i AM 911"
The Fergus side story was the best thing ever 😂
After they cuffed her ankles I was kinda hoping she'd forget and get up to try and rush them again and just eat shit XD
Man, these cops have the patience of a saint for putting up with her crap.
She needs to go to a mental hospital.
This story is in my head and I’m picturing everything in your pov this is a very interesting story i like it your life story was serious and that is amazing!
If you still care about the details: Here in the US, there are a variety of different regulatory regimes because they can vary by city, state, and even type of business. For example, the casinos I've worked at when I was in the gaming industry needed city licenses, state licenses, and a separate liquor license from the state gaming commission. However, in MOST cases (not all, but most) it was at the business level, and individual employees (whether they were bartenders or just servers) were not required to get an actual license, though in some cases a specific training or amount of training was required. Usually that training is conducted by the business (watch a video, take a quiz), and yeah the stakes are still potentially high: fines and jail time for violations. In the casino industry you have your gaming license which IS individual in addition to the business gaming license, and THOSE can be jeapordized too. So you'd think everyone would be super conservative, right? Yes and no, because there have been cases where very high rollers SHOULD be cut off (slurring, loss of coordination, disinhibition, etc) but management pressured the servers to NOT cut them off and risk angering a valuable customer (even in a retail casino, meaning one that does business with the local area and isn't a big resort destination pulling in the REALLY big spenders from all over a country or the world, a "top 10" customer can be worth literally thousands of regular guests' worth of business). In the state Gaming Commission proceeding I read, the server who was brought up for disciplinary action for serving an intoxicated high roller guest testified they were threatened with being fired if they cut that guest off. The Commission was somewhat sympathetic but held that they still should have stuck with the rules, and that server had their gaming license suspended for 60 days and was fined for violating the alcohol service rules...and ended up getting fired anyway for being unable to work. I don't think anything technically happened to that casino, but I'm sure the Gaming Agents watched them more closely for awhile.
We (US) are also required to take RASS, which states if someone is apparently, absolutely, and/or obviously drunk, you're not supposed to serve them. It's a class that everyone servicing alcohol, and/or bartending is supposed to go through (since there's higher repercussions for establishments that don't), but most places don't want to pay the $350/employee to have them take it. Though here in the US, an establishment is given 3 opportunities to get better before the license is revoked.
we owned a restaurant for a decade and it still seems crazy to me that an employee can handle drinks they're not old enough themselves to consume.
Alicia cut off that spam chatter like a true bartender
Thinking Miranda rights are required for arrest is always on my arrest video bingo card
They used to be, but now they are just for when being brought to a station for questioning. That general ruling happened fairly recently in years.
@ It’s got nothing to do with being brought to the station. It’s just about being questioned following arrest. If they are going to question you at the scene then they need to read you your rights. If there’s no need to do any further investigation ie a crime was witnessed by the officer then yeah they can wait until you get processed
It was never against the rules to arrest someone without reading them Miranda. That’s why all the rights mentioned serve to not have the person incriminating themselves further
Yeah we're back with the Karens! Our Rat Queen judges all karens.
11:01 IT WAS A HUG SHAKE! Ahh those are the best!
I never heard of Fergus before this. But it’s great to put a face to your story. 😆
“I’m only 5’4”
Alicia a smol goober
Props to you for being a responsible friend. While I'd also give up a hook up to help out a friend, I would definitely be a lot more petty than you.
When I lived in Minnesota, there was only one bar I ever frequented called Ted's. As soon as I walked in the first time, I let them know I had never been to a bar environment before so I only wanted a couple drinks. I was 22 at the time and those bartenders actually became fast friends of mine. Eventually we agreed that I wouldn't go more than six beers, but if I had a mixed drink first, I was cut off at 4 drinks. Then two new bartenders were hired and I immediately introduced myself and told them my limit. I'd never allowed myself to get to the point of blacking out and they were each incredible at helping me pace myself to make sure I didn't go too hard too fast. They also served pizza there so, usually by my third drink, I was buying a pizza for the bar to share. I liked to think I was very responsible and respectful when I went to Ted's because that was how I was raised. I really miss my friends from that little dive and I hope I can go visit them sometime. 😊
I wore Vans shoes till last year after they wore out. Didn't get a new pair of Vans cause they were way more expensive then the last pair I bought. Holy hell the price jump.
The Packers guy is cracking me up. I don't know how many times the people have changed relations from sister, to cousin, to friend and on and on. It just changes every time he opens his mouth.
I love how every bartender knows when to cut people off, don’t cut people off, and then goes “oh no my job that I didn’t do” when they get caught giving people enough to pass out
R2D2 soundin ahh at the end lmao
Dude in the hat is a real one and a mood.
Green Bay bro is based af
I firmly believe people who act like this should be legaly required to watch the footage when they sober up.
Dang 10 seconds ago, thas crazy. Im never this early. Keep up the great work Alicia!
The fact my landlord is “Amderson Communities” is hilarious.
As far as I know, Miranda rights are read before questioning, not during arrest. They only say it during arrests to cover any questions they will ask before getting to the police station. Seems like Freddy didn't want to converse with her, so I doubt he asked her anything on the way.
Havarati cheese killed me. Perfect Karen voice
Bashing on the VANS... as a Californian, they are an absolute classic and they work with everything.
I love seeing your videos as the first thing to pop up on my front page. We are healing.
Not gonna lie, I did love the gremlin-voice ara aras.
Not sure if you read comments on here, but I just want to say I absolutely love your bodycam vids. From what people told me of your channel, I was expecting your commentary to be more "politically charged." No offense meant by that. Instead, your commentary's always super fair, understanding, and sympathetic to individuals on both sides of issues when sympathy is warranted. I really wish more vtubers did bodycam react vids, especially ones with the extremely natural commentary charisma you have. Please do tons more in the future!
/choc/ bros rise up
That was an iconic story you told about your friend Fergus. 😂
My favourite Vtuber 😁 🤘 posting another amazing content
I get that friend wanted to take responsibility... but LET THOSE MEDICS DO THEIR JOB. NEVER STOP MEDICAL EVER. idc how much you think you are helping, NEVER stop them. that's how someone dies.
At the bar I used to drink at they ID everyone before serving them. The last time I drank I was in my navy white uniform for a Memorial Day celebration. Absolutely no one at the rank I held is 21 or under these days. I was told a bar tender will watch a person's eyes as they order or receive a drink and how they are talking. It's very similar to how a police officer might come to the conclusion DUI tests are required after first contact with a driver they just stopped when combined with all the other stop circumstances such as swerving, failing to stop at lights/signs etc.
You don’t always lose your liquor license. I do work at a bar in Texas, and the TABC was there doing check ups on the bars in town and the bar had to fire them and the bar got a ticket but it doesn’t get rid of the license.
45:52 body cams are basically clip ons. In many cases pushing it in a specific direction will remove the cam easily just like a hair clip. In some places they have a peice for the cam to lock into.
So, with her shouting about her miranda rights, I went and looked it up. Apparently, they're only for when you're interrogating a suspect, if there's no interrogation there's no need to read them their rights. Even if they want to interrogate the suspect, they don't have to read them their rights at the scene, just before the interrogation, so it can be done at the police department.
Man, the only shoes that always stay nice no matter the year are some converse.
Packer hat guy is definitely a nice drunk my personal favorite type of drunk and that’s coming from me a guy that never and will not drink any form of alcohol ever
This showed up on my FYP! UA-cam is finally pushing your videos out again! Woohoo!
I once worked for a retirement home as server and one of my regulars was a man who I was informed could not have alcohol. Yet, he would always ask for it and would get violent whenever we would tell him no that multiple times we would have to get a supervisor. I was not trained for that situation nor informed on what to do to accommodate him. All I was told was that I could not give him alcohol. So yeah, for first time bartenders and servers they need to teach the signs of what to look for and to count how many drinks someone has had because they don’t know anything they just started.
It’s a hugshake it’s common sense 💀
I swear, drunk people can’t stay in one place lmao
-Asks if the body cams are on
-proceeds to try to incriminate the officers while continuing to incriminate herself
Love the video. Happy you got your channels back. 😊 god bliss
Blacking out is just what people say the next day, as they can't remember what they did, i.e. a black hole in their memory. That can happen long before you literally passout. But the two go hand in hand. You stop retaining memories, then you fall alseep. And you won't remember what you did while you were awake just befote you conk out. Most people just manage to get to a bed before that happens, either themselves or with help. That is literally what happened to Fergus. He didn't remember anything he said or did while you were trying to get him home, but like you said, he wasn't unresponsive and just seemed to be sleeping.
Getting knocked out or being rendered unconscious is different and what most people think blacking out is, because they stopped retaining memories. But its much more serious and most people never have it happen to them. Being rendered unconscious is an emergency, as you can drown in your own vomit or get brain damage. When you sleep, even when drunk, your body moves on its own to change position, which will keep you from choking or suffocation. But someone who has been knocked unconscious through an overdose, either drugs, alcohol or both will be unresponsive and just lay there and die.
🥺
58:17 The facial tracking here is an absolute technological wonder
Omfg 2018 is ACTUALLY way back in the day now😭 we getting old man
FREDDY!!!!!! WHY FREDDY😭😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
With the harassment you can actually charge her with emotional distress I think? It seems like the right one over harassment. Also who else wants to see her collab with Kenji?
ı really do agree with the theory that this supposed 'karen' is just a drunk girl thinking that someone is going to die if they don't get to her and with the influence of alcohol she probs reacts too much.
We need more of you backstory Alicia🤣🤣
10:36
Alicia what the actual fck did I just hear ahahaha
I damn near spat my drink out ahahaha
44:59 I was eating and almost choked 😂😂😂
45:28 I HATE when people mess up the merch man! I swear some people are raised in barns due to how they just throw things wherever they want instead of putting them back!
10:31 I now understand your dad's frustration, with your mother's long winded stories... lol
I think the drunk lady is the one that passed out in the bathroom and disassociated herself in her memory.
At least furgus was sleeping instead of starting bar fights 😅
We stan hat guy
13:12 NGL. I completely forgot.we were watching karens
too be fair to the ex husband this probably becoming a more regular occurrence and he said "fuck it I'm going to bed she in jail she safe."
Nice Principality of Zeon profile picture
You should have a side-thing where you tell funny stories from your past. You could call it "AliciaxStorytime"
Drunk hat bean, only you can save us now
Contrary to popular belief, pretty much every insurance company covers ambulance costs for an emergency and you just have to pay your deductible and some cities do have programs that cover the cost.
11:16 man's played so much tekken he's stancing up in real life too
Real mvp of the night Hat guy
They only have to Mirandize you if they are going to ask you any questions about why you are being arrested or detained
that damn billy bob
43:02 doesn't matter if you're ugly, a kidney is a kidney.
Ooff 😭 people who wear vans catching strays 😭
Genuinely something that most people don’t know, but the police are not required to read out your Miranda Rights before arresting you. They only have to read it out before interrogation and can’t use any statements from before reading them as evidence.
The G dude is the realest
Don't like drunk people but at least i prefer talkative and friendly drunkys rather than aggressive ones.
