Do you have the dimensions of the base or do you have the length of each of the base pieces? How far out does it come.out from.the corner of the wall in the video
It’s kind of a weird shape but think of a 4 sided trapezoid. The shorter piece at the back is roughly 2 feet. This side goes into the corner. The legs that branch off this piece is roughly 4 feet long.
Do you think the top and bottom pulleys are higher resistance than the side pulleys? I just got this system and it definitely seems like the top and bottom pulleys have more resistance than the side ones.
The way I have it setup right now is that it can move. How we we there are 4 nice bolt holes on each post so you can bolt it to the ground if you like! I haven’t needed to do that yet but I may when I start to lift heavier weights. Holding up good too after about 6 months of workouts. I just made a new video going over all the cable systems! Check it out.
I have 80.6 inches of ceiling height. The dimensions show this as 81 inches. Wondering if you think removing the bottom feet is an option for this unit and if you have a guess as to how much space that would provide. I have a full rubber floor and could always bolt it into the concrete underneath if there's instability.
The assembled height is right at 80 inches. The extra inch per the specs comes from the pull down bar holder located at the top which is held in by 2 bolts so technically you don’t need this. Worst case scenario you cut out a section in your rubber mats for it.
@@keithgordon4646 i think so. You may have to assemble the weight holder with just a standard wrench instead of a socket wrench but i think it should fit
I’d say it’s not necessarily as stabile but as far as range of motion and number of exercises it’s pretty spot on! Ideally if you can bolt it to your floor you’d probably make it feel more stable!
This is going to be a confusing question because I have no experience with functional trainers, especially plate loaded. If you use one of the right or left pulleys solo, does that change how you load the plates on the stack? For example, if you use the right pulley, do you stack more weight on one side vs the other, or is it evenly distributed?
They are evenly distributed. You technically only need to load one aide, but a side note, the pulley does feel a bit smoother if you have the same amount of weight on each side.
@@reedlambert8563 Awesome! I’ve seen some trainers that have a central pulley that can slide the full length of the tower, whereas the titan’s central pulley looks permanent at the bottom for low rows and top for lat pull-downs. I wasn’t sure if any of that makes a big difference when considering these things.
@@worldnomad2301 for sure. It’s a super diverse piece and a great bang for your buck! Especially considering that the majority of functional trainers on average are twice the price!
@@reedlambert8563 Thanks for the reply! being both sides are share the same weight stack I would think this machine wouldn't as a machine with two independent stacks.
There was some lubrication included in my shipment. I liberally put it on the cables before stringing it through the pulleys. I also went to my hardware store and got some silicone spray to keep handy. I spray some of that on the pulleys once a month or so.

Without a doubt. I was worried about this, but even though the cables work together, with enough weight the resistance is enough to get the chest pumped. I also have done laying down flies and reverse flies as well. Works great.
how do you hold yourself down while doing lat pulldowns?
“I am from Texas.” Yes, that is what your shirt says 😂. Good review.
Texas is America
damn, wouldve love a small demo....
Just ordered me one based off of your video. Grabbed it on sale for $750! Can't wait!

Hey! Just bought ours I am wondering how you get the trainer to pull so smoothly
I use silicone spray on the pulleys and the cable! You can find this at any hardware store or Amazon!
Do you think the top and bottom pulleys are higher resistance than the side pulleys? I just got this system and it definitely seems like the top and bottom pulleys have more resistance than the side ones.
Yep I’ve noticed that as well. I think it has to do with the number of pulleys and the length of the cables.
When putting it together did you have to take the ball stoppers off the end of each cable for install.
Negative. Keep the balls on and install the cables through the pullies one by one. You got it!!
does this move and is there any defects on it so far? everything functioning? can you make a video of you doing every cable system

How do u do the lat pull down without a seat
Kneeling, half kneeling or you put a bench/chair underneath
Could you show some of the exercises on it
I will definitely be doing a video on this in the near future so tune in!

Is the machine to narrow to do standing chest flys comfortably?
Nope, though it is narrower than some cable machines, the range of motion is still all there when doing chest flies, cable crossovers, etc!
