I remember Atlas, Aziz, Denzel and Joseph Park (too short-lived; they did even more hilarious stuff on the Smackdown after-show.) I'm surprised you didn't mention Arturo Ruas. He was one of my favorites.
I actually remember most of these wrestlers. Another one was Brendan Vink, who showed up quite a bit on Raw during the pandemic (along with Shane Thorne). We now all know him as Duke Hudson.
Curt Stallion was legit pretty fun to watch, Him and August Grey both put on great matches CONSISTENTLY and I was pretty upset when they got released, I think they definitely could’ve found a cool spot for them somewhere on the roster
I remember the Parks thing, Dabba, Jake Atlas, and I remember looking at Catalina and thinking "that girl thicker than a Kindergarten pencil". Those other people have me asking "where the heck was I?" Cause I have ZERO recollection of them.
Still remembered most, if not, all of them. • Denzel Dejournette, Catalina, Jake Atlas, Dabba Kato (Azeez), and Jeet Rama are still memorable to me. • Loved and supported Curt Stallion and August Grey at some point. • I remember Jessi Kamea as Jessie Elaban • Kinda forgot, actually wasn't aware, that Scotty 2 Hotty was one of those zombies. • And yeah. I don't remember Abyss appearing as Joseph Park in WWE. I knew he was a producer but didn't know he appeared on screen.
You forgot to mention Cora Jade's ex boyfriend who also wrestled in the pandemic for NXT and 205 Live. Apparently they were high school sweethearts who loved wrestling but then we know what happened with that. I forgot it his name but I think it was Troy Baker or Troy Parker something like that. And another one is Leon Ruff he wrestled for NXT and 205 Live and even became NXT North American Champion and he had a feud with Gargano I believe. He also had a pretty sweet Cutter
I was a big fan of Jessi! She originally did this gimmick called the Jessi Show where she was very much in the vein of Bayley, but with glasses. My favorite moment was when Aliyah and Jessi had a match with Shotzi and Ember, and there was some sort of disqualification/skirmish which lead to them celebrating thinking they had won the tag titles. Great bit! Jessi is an artist and went on to wrestle in Stardom for awhile, but she’s completely disappeared sadly.
I actually remember most of these and god it was a sad time. Although I really thought Jake Atlas and Curt Stallion would be top stars on NXT or even if 205 Live(sadly we know what happened with that promotion). Curt Stallion and Jake Atlas were basically possible up and coming stars and I think they would've done good at NXT 2.0 and we saw how successful that was with newer stars. Just imagine how it would've looked like if they were main stays for NXT and then NXT 2.0? I will always wonder about that
Joseph Park was on WWE tv?! Legit never heard that. I haven't watched main roster WWE since 2018, but I have 2 friends that would usually let me know such a thing for the sheer biazarro world factor of it.
Chris Park is his REAL name! 🤣🤣 *Joseph* Park was his lawyer gimmick in TNA, playing his *own* brother; guess he was more convincing in that role than we thought...
August Grey had the best entrance music. He was over with the NXT crowd at the time. I only remembered half of these other wrestlers. Curt Stallion was good in ring, not great on the mic. Jake Atlas had a fun to watch style, I was surprised to see him go so quick. Jeet Rhama was terrible. Dabba Cato got a second chance as Commander Azeez with Apollo Crews and...that wasn't great tv. I literally don't remember ever seeing any of these other wrestlers.
WhatCulture's arrogance is out of control. Not only do they always assume we couldn't possibly remember what they do (which is laughable), but now you think we forgot things barely 4 years old and very fresh in our minds? I know keeping Lord Douche Sidgwick on payroll means you need to be stuck up, but learn from his mistakes and do better.
I remember the story of Vince and Laurinaitis having Catalina/Katrina uproot her entire life from Chile, at great expense to herself, only to have her be one of those mass-shitcannings from 2020-22, leaving her unable to work in the U.S. without a Visa...
There is absolutely no domestic abuse to be spoken of. Thats all hear say and bad journalism. I have footage proving my innocent. Please stop spreading slander.

Man the Joesph park stuff was so underrated and I was hoping it would have led to a abyss appearance
Brendan Vink was one of MVP's first wrestlers he managed in 2020 along with Shane Thorne, The Hurt Business in its whiter pre-alpa stage
I actually remember most of these wrestlers. Another one was Brendan Vink, who showed up quite a bit on Raw during the pandemic (along with Shane Thorne). We now all know him as Duke Hudson.
And then there was even when they were briefly managed by MVP for.... reasons?!
Cal Bloom/Von Wagner
@@claymathewselevator8121 Wagner lasted well past the Pandemic era
The guy on the thumbnail looks like SantiZap
I was about to ask, is that Santi?
Who?😂
@ you should subscribe to him
Pretty sure that's a girl.
😆👍
Edit: there's a totally different thumbnail now 🤦♂️
"The guy"...
🤦♂🤦♂
Curt Stallion was legit pretty fun to watch, Him and August Grey both put on great matches CONSISTENTLY and I was pretty upset when they got released, I think they definitely could’ve found a cool spot for them somewhere on the roster
Anthony Greene is great and has an awesome move set. Would love to see him on the big stage again.
His theme song was catchy too
Abyss deserves a Royal Rumble appearance
Simon, you are in the goat of what called wrestling.
I remember the Parks thing, Dabba, Jake Atlas, and I remember looking at Catalina and thinking "that girl thicker than a Kindergarten pencil". Those other people have me asking "where the heck was I?" Cause I have ZERO recollection of them.

anyone remember Blue Pants?
I remember the theme first, then the person LMAO
Big Cass
🎶Naa na, na na na naa na, na na na na naa
If we don't remember them, how are we supposed to know that we don't remember them? 🤔
Other than Jake Atlas and Dabba Kato, I don't know any of them.
Same
WWE had a huge missed opportunity by not tapping into the Joseph Park character. He was so much fun on TNA TV in 2012 and 2013.
I was a huge Abysse fan as a Teen. Believe me, I remember Joseph Parks short run on WWE TV, no he didn't wrestle, but still, I remember it lol

His NXT name was Trey Baxter.
Yea & he’s back on the Indy scene, mainly I believe in GCW, had a run prior to NXT in TNA under his Indy name of Blake Christian.

She started off as a nerdy girl as Jessie Elaban during the second (and sadly last) Mae Young Classic.

I liked Curt Stallion
Biscuits n Gravy!
Made me a man!
@aaronhurst4379 made me who I am!
Watchculture keeps crapping on the pandemic era. I really enjoyed it.
Cal Bloom/Von Wagner
Rip pandemic era 2020-2021
Joseph Park was on WWE tv?! Legit never heard that. I haven't watched main roster WWE since 2018, but I have 2 friends that would usually let me know such a thing for the sheer biazarro world factor of it.
I was gutted about Atlas, so much potential and i genuinelt thought WWE was going to turn him into something amazing
Chris Park is his REAL name!
🤣🤣
*Joseph* Park was his lawyer gimmick in TNA, playing his *own* brother; guess he was more convincing in that role than we thought...
I remember everyone here except Jeet and Scotty 2 hotty cause I didn't know he was a zombie
I miss Joseph Park
I remember a lot of these.
I don't remember any of these
August Grey had the best entrance music. He was over with the NXT crowd at the time. I only remembered half of these other wrestlers. Curt Stallion was good in ring, not great on the mic. I remember all of them apart from Jeet. It’s more “People who did sod all during the lockdown era”.
It would be fun to do this with AEW because TK was so open to giving indy guys and gals a paycheck during the pandemic.
You do not besmirch the name of Thicc Cara, she is a national treasure who must be protected!
4:48 Of course this doesn't mean zombies are canon to the WWE world. They already were 😎
Jessie Kamea showed up in Stardom after her release where she wrestled as Jessie. No surname.
*Dabba* Kato; not Dabbo (DABBO!! DABBOOOOO!!!) Kato!"
🤣🤣
I was looking forward to Jeet Rama taking the WWE universe to Jeet Street.... where people meet, to get beat by Jeet!
Leon ruff
It feels like cheating if they only appeared on 205 Live, NXT, or Main Event.
And yet I remember all of them apart from stallion
WhatCulture's arrogance is out of control. Not only do they always assume we couldn't possibly remember what they do (which is laughable), but now you think we forgot things barely 4 years old and very fresh in our minds?
I know keeping Lord Douche Sidgwick on payroll means you need to be stuck up, but learn from his mistakes and do better.
Nobody else remembers them either 🤣
Wild
I still remember and miss these wrestlers; especially Curt Stallion. I thought hevwas pretty cool.
What about the guy who looked like a jacked Simon Pegg?
I dont remember the bald guy in the thumbnail..
That's the progress wrestling Proteus Champion, I think his name is Steven milnard or something like that. I hear he is Goldberg's other son.
I remember the story of Vince and Laurinaitis having Catalina/Katrina uproot her entire life from Chile, at great expense to herself, only to have her be one of those mass-shitcannings from 2020-22, leaving her unable to work in the U.S. without a Visa...
The Zombie thing wasn't the least bit entertaining. It was a bought-and-paid for movie tie-in and ridiculous.
I forgot about the PISS Board!
Not like WhatCulture to wish the domestic abuse accused well; usually Andy (or Simon) goes off on a virtuous rant about them...
What about my favorite Lockdown era superstar that don't get enough credit? Roman's cancer. Kept that shmuck off tv for a good while.
Jail vince
Expose all involed still in WWE
7:17 This was him being him smh being an African like it's a country warlord
I remember Catalina for some reason.. 🍑
To quote Roman reigns no pop
