Yeah that sounds FUNKY but now it’s stored in your head real COMFY.
How do metals react with WATER? Potassium well it just SLAUGHTERS, and sodium yeah it still FALTERS, Lithium less and calcium POORER.
And how do they react with acid? Well Calcium’s actually quite QUICK, and magnesium after is still SLICK. Iron reacts more slowly than ZINC.
As for copper, silver and GOLD? Well they are all reactively COLD. In fact right there it really makes SENSE, one is bling and the other is PENCE. You wouldn’t want your jewellery CORRODING, or the water pipes in your house EXPLODING. There’s more to this that needs KNOWING, give me one sec cuz I need RELOADING.
Metal plus water goes to THEM: metal hydroxide and HYDROGEN.
Metal plus acid don’t be at FAULT. Makes H2 but also makes SALT.
Finally we’re onto DISPLACEMENT, that’s a fancy word for REPLACEMENT. This couple breaks their ENGAGEMENT and this one’s dropped right down to the PAVEMENT.
