Today I want to cover the different health benefits of garlic and why you should start adding garlic to your meals. There are all kinds of fascinating phytonutrients in garlic.
    Potential benefits of garlic:
    1. Increased endurance
    2. Antimicrobial properties (anti-viral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiparasitic)
    3. Respiratory support (may decrease a cough, help someone breath easier, and decrease the duration of a lung infection)
    4. Decreased inflammation (especially for arthritis)
    5. Anti-cancer properties
    6. Cardiovascular support (decreased risk of strokes, lowered blood pressure, lowered cholesterol)
    7. Immune support (decreased infection duration and kills pathogens)
    8. Digestion support
    9. Detox support
    10. Bone support

Funny enough I worked in a chemist when I was 15 after school and sat job.. this lovely little old lady used to come in, she was very old, but looked so healthy she oozed cleanliness.. she also ooozed the smell of garlic, like she’d been chewing on it, every time she came in!!... I had ringworm on my arm once. I showed it to a pharmacist and he said yup, that's ringworm. Gave me some antifungal lotion to put on it. The antifungal made the ringworm worse.
I minced garlic and crushed it into a paste and smeared it on the ringworm and wrapped with a bandage. Repeated that for two days.
Withing a week the ringworm was gone.

I make my own salad dressing with minced garlic 1-2 cloves (a garlic press makes it easier) black pepper & any other herbs I feel like that day. Then add 1 part apple cider vinegar, 1 part olive oil & 1 part water. You can even just throw the ingredients directly on the salad and just mix them in. Tastes great and much healthier than store bought.

An added plus is good LIBIDO and Erection quality due to the blood thinning effect. Plus Garlic helps break down Fat liver deposits. I eat garlic raw everyday. Put 2-3 cloves in a mortar and pestle with some Redmonds Real Salt (and sometimes a little nub of raw ginger), mash it up, add cayenne and let it sit for 10 min. I then make my protein, which in most cases is 2 filets of wild caught skin-on salmon. When done, I put olive oil in the garlic paste and spread it over the salmon. It is magnificent with 3 pasture-raised eggs, kimchi/sauerkraut/steamed broccoli, 1 avocado with Real Salt and cayenne, natto, 1 can of brisling sardines in spring water (and/or 1 can of cod liver in its own oil) and 3-4 Brazil nuts. That tends to be my go-to OMAD...

In my country (Serbia) we also make syrup from garlic. Take 50 grams of garlic and smash it in the wooden mortar, then pour 100 milligrams of cider vinegar put it in a jar, close it, and leave it in the fridge for 14 days. Make sure that you are making this on the Moon rising (don't know why, my grandmother told me 🤷‍♀️). After 14 days, drain it through the gauze, and it's done! I drink that since I was young till today and I had have always a good immune system, bearly got sick, maybe once in two three years. But you have to know, it tastes terrible 🤣. Also, I wanted to tell you about vampires, that this word is the only Serbian word that crossed the world 🙃. VAN- actually means OUT, and PIR means FIRE. So basically VAMPIR means OUT OF FIRE. Before Serbian people became Orthodox Christians in the 1st century AD, when someone passed away we used to cremate them because we were believed that only fire can clean the sins we make in the lifetime. So when someone for some reason was not cremated, we believe that that people raise from their sins and becoming vampires, they come back to hunt living people just to make them suffer because we didn't burn their bodies... Interesting history to share🙃 I don't know why I told you all of this in 1 am, maybe it's time to sleep now 🙂

Houmus, Olive oil and oat cakes or simply with scrambled eggs but seperate.
Don't cook it the Garlic it must be Raw.
Also I saw that you need to chew it to mix it with your Saliva to get the enzimes reaction.
I have maximized my chewing technique with the recipe above to not get Garlic Burn!!....It's a stange sensation but it is powerfull!!!
I also noticed years ago that people naturally socially distance themselfs and that the man in
the black cape with the funny teeth has stopped smiling and now snears at me.
Garlic and CBD oil can change your life.
EDIT P.S : The reason why I started eating a lot was because I got sepsis in 2016 when traveling in Indonesia, it messed with my cognition, Garlic brought me back to life...It was a little scary, I got off lightly... Boabab Powder and Maca powder are also POWER FOODS!
