All the roads are 100, 120 and 150ft, with low density apartments hence I don't think we can expect traffic like we see today in kondapur and high-tech City
Are you sure that the price of Gem Nakshatra Sft is 6500/-? They were quoted 7500/- last month.
Please refer to the price quoted by the developer directly. It was approx 6500 around 4-5 months back. But please refer to the price they are quoting now for each of the individual projects.

surreal to see the future ghost towns of Hyderabad… who is going to buy all these flats? I doubt there is enough demand to meet this supply of 1.5cr+ homes.

This price will get stagnant for next 10 years, post then people think of buying these flats
Hyderabad have good demand andi. Ghost town is just out of syllabus. Just wait for few years and this area and surrounding will be most happening places. It's just now most of it is underconstruction we feel like that. Kokapet and FiDi will be at Good spot.
