just buy an instant temp meat thermometer, they are cheap and work great, just push probe into thickest part of any meat and it will instantly read the internal cooked temp of the meat, chicken should be 165° for perfect, and safe to eat fried chicken for any piece of chicken no matter how small or how big, cook it to 165°, when it starts floating in hot oil, take it out and check the temp of the chicken.

All I could see was that there were little bubbles at the end of the chopstick, maybe that's it? Chinese tricks i guess.. i learned that watching way too many youtube videos. and it really works. It wasn't little bubbles, there were big 30 bubbles. hahaha.. Noo. Air fryer just ones is good. Probably 370 for 20 to 25 min just flip after 10. Also depends on your sir fryer.

Almost 7-8 min then again 7-8 min. Should be good. But take one out and cut around where the joint is if it is clear no blood then you are good to go.
