Rilo Kiley nailed the "DO DO" and that's all I needed to know. Underrated both Rilo Kiley and Nardwuar! It shows a true level of equal respect in this interview because everyone in it are absolute underground legends who deserve more praise.
I'm guessing from at least mid 2004 onwards (when the It's a Hit single got released). And from the looks of it, Jenny and Blake seemed to still be together, so it couldn't be too recent. That's my guess!
