As an alumni im happy to hear its in talks. Pragmatically, theres a ton of improvements, scholarships, programs that need financing as well. However with the entirety of north tampa going under transformation into "Uptown"...this is a perfect addition to the campus and area. Also, I must point out, Raymond James isnt in downtown Tampa, its in West Tampa in the medical district by St Joseph's hospital, near Westshore and the airport, that first student is all turned around 😂
