[Ingredients]
100g of tofu noodles
3 Shiitake mushrooms ( 56g )
26g of chives
A bit of carrot
1 tbsp of minced garlic
[Sauce ingredients]
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of oligosaccharide syrup
Whole sesame seeds
1 tbsp of sesame oil
[Stir-fried tofu noodles recipe]
1. Wash the tofu noodles in clean water 2 times
2. Chop Shiitake mushrooms, carrot and chives.
3. Oil a heated pan and stir-fry 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
4. Once you smell the garlic aroma, put carrot and onion. Stir-fry till the onion is slightly translucent.
5. Put Shiitake mushrooms and 1 tbsp of soy sauce and stir-fry for a while. Then put tofu noodles, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of oligosaccharide syrup, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat. Add chives, whole sesame seeds and sesame oil and mix over the remaining heat.
