    This is in rare company of great tunes about picking, along with Black Diamond Strings, Sis Draper, and Uncle Pen. I.e. Robbie's sitting there with Guy Clark and Bill Monroe, which is pretty great.

    I also appreciate how the pedal steel player is ever so careful and cautious about actually touching the strings, as if the instrument might blow up at any minute. Which, of course, it could.
