Saw your tweet wondering which direction to go with the channel and honestly, I think you found it. It’s really dope seeing the process and the joy when it clicks. Even the visual format is very aesthetically pleasing. Much love from Puerto Rico big bro 🇵🇷
i really respect and appreciate your restraint and ability to know when something is good and doesn't need to be fucked with. 5:45 "naw we're good" is such a good example
I don't know why I haven't seen this channel yet despite seeing the rhythm roulette and the records shirts & donuts videos that got me into you dawg! Still killin the game as always oyoy
After watching a few of these, by far, my favorite part is when Mr. Wayne is really feeling himself. Respect, man. Wish more of us creative types could really let go, dig our own process, and acknowledge when we've achieved some alchemy.
I have no idea how I missed the fact that you had this channel and the twitch channel…learned about it today on the Facebook koala page. You’re the bomb man! I will be hopping on the patreon
Shout out to the video editor!! Great job making this video come to life. Its part comedy, part informative, part meditation, part tutorial. All wrapped into a beat created by this chilk ass Kojack Horseman
Your videos are awesome! I've been eyeballing with the octatrack for some years now, but never was able to afford it. This is going to change soon though
I’m so inspired by your work. Do you use an app/software to seperate vocals out to put on your beats? Or do you j happen to already know a good source for cleanly separated vocal tracks? Obviously if that’s your “secret sauce” don’t tell me but it would be life changing if I had access to well isolated vocal tracks
What this video doesnt include is Jon mentioning on the twitch stream that he had Del the Funky Homosapien record some stuff for him (like narrator style) for an album but ended up going in a different direction so didnt need Del's part in the end...so just sitting there in the vault 🤯
My homie asked if I had an ideas to talk about on a podcast and I couldn't quite explain that talking about absolutely nothing is what makes a podcast work more often than not. I can't do that shit either, it's why I quit twitch within a few live sessions. Can't stand having to talk to literally nobody just to be engaging enough to MAYBE have a chat with people about nothing later lmao
So as a noob, I’m still trying to get to grips with what Jon is doing here. Has he created a new melodic loop by chopping up the sample? Or taken a loop from the record, chopped it up to get the precise timing, then replayed it?
I'd like to put in a formal request for a "cool" emote on twitch.
good shout!
Request noted!
@@jonmakesbeats yo if u need an emote I got u. I'm a graphic designer. I'll hook u up dog.

Damn the production value of these videos and the editing.
We've put in a ton of work to get it here. Grateful you notice
As someone who makes beats it’s just as fun to edit videos. I’m sure he enjoys the hell out of making videos like this
Jonwayne and Bronny is the collab I never knew I absolutely NEED in my life. Thanks for the amazing vids.
Love watching you season the beat after getting the main theme down. Really glues everything together in a special way.
That's always my favorite part

The balance of quality and quantity is so strong on this Channel. Never stop!
That's the plan. Thanks for watching
That's hard, man. The way you know early how it could end up sounding like is straight work and experience. Respect !
I can clearly hear Your Old Droog rhyming over this beat, it would match his flow perfectly. Hope to hear more collabs from you guys in the future
I don't know why I haven't seen this channel yet despite seeing the rhythm roulette and the records shirts & donuts videos that got me into you dawg!
Still killin the game as always oyoy

Kandinski he's an amazing artist
these octa tutorials and beats are amazing and super entertaining - but how do you not get dinged for using these samples in terms of copywrongs?
How did you get that acapella Jon?
Nujabes vibes, love it

where do you get the samples you use in your vids? Do you buy packs? Make your own? Man they're so nice.
Anyone else think that was Tomar in the thumbnail?
What‘s the name of the song at 0:16 ?
top 5 heehaw
So you're triggering the acapella in the DAW and not on the octatrack, correct?
I'm just playing it off my phone lol
where does bro find these samples? 😩
