Two tips I want to mention. First is that there are two ways to fight Daora, one is to encounter him as a spawn in the open world, and the other is to find him in the High Rank Subquest Den. I highly recommend going for the second option, because that version has a head and tail, which aside from dealing triple damage with AOE, you can disable Daora's abilities. The world encounter version uses Daora's abilities till death.
Second, Daora is weak to lightning and dragon, which mean other than Zinogre and Stygian, you can also use Deviljho. I actually prefer Deviljho over Z and SZ, because Deviljho naturally counters Daora who is a natural technician by being a default power user with 2 power skills. I'm currently in the midst of building a specialized Daora killer Deviljho, named Daora's Bane. 6 gene combo for dragon damage to beef up Spread Dragon Breath, and 3 for defense and survivalbility. I expect to be farming Daora a hell lot even into the endgame, since it takes 30 secs - 1 minute inbetween runs (the shrine buff timer freezes during fights), and each run nets about 20,000 zeny without selling parts.

I just remembered a really hard hr quest.....I wouldn't spoil it but I would recommend to get a good dragon resistant armour and a powerful dragon element weapon
Hey tag you know that Rex pain that you made on scorched Earth it really helped me out a lot. I got a lot of mutations I even got a magenta 😀
did this with lv 60 monsties, was super easy both here and in forest trials, yeah the damage adds up but if you have some dust of life potions he's super easy i had ivory lagiacrus and i opened with spread shock and that takes most of the head and tail hp down, the rest is just whitleing him down while you wait for ride skill, insta pop it to relieve your skillseal and use the kinship you get from the head to head afterwards to pop off some more skills while you spam inspire, if you run out of your dust of life potions then you can always swap monsties after they get low and only have to heal yourself

Is online PvP active I left the 3ds version cause update 1.3 doesn't seem to be coming and PvP is pretty dead
theres an alternative way to beat that even your monstie is lvl.50 below first utilize your battle pouch poison knife is very effective on that and yeah thunder or dragon works for him
If you get your zinogre to lvl 85 the kushala fight is easy even with dealing with skill seal
How do I get bluestacks? I tried to get this on my phone but its 3.5 Gigs. Also do the tower of illusion to get ready for fatalis.

I saw a Glavenus in the monstie list during the fight. I thought only Japanese versions got that creature for the Japanese exclusive 1.3 update.

I know iOS version is technically better looking and it runs better, but I have no way to play it on a computer and don’t like using iPad controls, 3ds controls are better for me. Also I already got it so bit too late there...

well im using deviljho greatsword and armor, first when i face it i was using the spidey the normal one, i use barrel on the two dracophage the i spam technical attack on stygian

You can Kirin and a sub species of Kirin but the others no untill a special update come (Japan got it)

Teostra, Kushala Daora, Oroshi Kirin and Rajang are tamable only on the Japanese version.

So I'm not sure if I'm just actually unlucky or you couldnt get em in the first place
Normal Kirin is in the base game as a Monstie , while Kushala, Teostra and Rajang are only in the Japanese version
