Yes, you will generate a physical ticket against this.

OKay so its a pasmo card, its like a prepaid card. You can buy this card at metro station and get it recharged by x amount. The cost of the card is zero, whatever amount you load in it, is the amount you pay. This card is applicable in metro, buses, groceries store etc

Correct ur information...jr pass sirf online apply ni kar saktay ap ko station se b physically milta hai.
Based on my research you can only get JR westline pass etc but JR pass needs to be applied before hand. May be something has changed

Hello, can we take the general.medicines like cold , fever, acidity etc. with us to japan for personal use? If yes do we need to declare it in customs? Also if we fill up visit japan web then does our passport get stamped. I heard there are automated gates for visit japan web qr holders, but stamp is needed for JR pass . Please share your experience.

You might get it (not really sure) at some stations but it is expensive, recommendation is to buy it in advance and that too online
