If we have bought IC pasmo card then what is the need for that 3 days subway pass from Klook?
IC pasmo is a prepaid card like your debit card for every ride you get charged and you have to top-up again, but 3 days pass gives you unlimited rides on selected lines.

one question - is it preferable to buy eSim online in advance or from airport in Tokyo?
Both can work but purchasing from airport can be little expensive
So you get a bmobile physical sim at the biccamera shop at Narita airport. Cost is 2970 yen for 7 GB data plan
Our landing was at Haneda and e-sim is actually cheap.. because we got 10 GB data and it was less expensive than physical sim.

Noc is not mandatory right? Many small companies do not provide noc.
I would suggest you can call up VFS and double check about NOC. They asked us to add it,
I got the sticker visa for Japan and If I don't travel and try to get visa for Uk or Canada will we get visa or for Canada or not

Pasmo apka debit card type hai and train pass apka unlimited train travel cover karta hai

On a serious note, why is NOC required for visa? A self employed individual won't have a NOC because he/she is not employed by any organisation.
NOC is required from employer for salaried. For business they need similar kind of doc on company letter head.
