This is an interesting twist on the sub rides at Disneyland and Disney World, where they use/used actual submarines. With this ride, where you have the individual modules and being underwater is only simulated, there is constant movement of the ride and people. The actual subs, on the other hand, are notoriously slow loading and could lead to long, slow lines while waiting to get on.
