I didn't think the saddest song I've ever heard could get any more emotional. But here we are

With these words, we were all holding back tears. Eddie Munson, the Banished... You will be remembered as the hero of Hawkins.
I’m still out here crying over Eddie and Max even though it’s been months.
Same I mean I won't lie, Eddie was such an incredible character and I don't think I've cried so much over a character before
I’ve gotten over it now but man when I first saw Eddie die I cried for days
I was bawling during that episode, the whole thing because I knew it was coming.
I got into series like a week or two ago and just finished it ... And the thing that hurts the most is that very likely that Hawkins and whole world will be saved before too many people see what's really happening, and that means that people will still believe that Eddie is a psycho murderer and a cultist : ( . It broke my heart so much to see news reporter say his name after he died
Me too. I only started stranger things 2 months ago. I told myself I would wait until it is complete but I couldn't hold off until season 5, so gave it a go. Amazing series. Season 4 was off the scale and I was like the Grinch (leaking) at several moments. But Eddie and Max with this song really did me in, even more than Hoppers speech. Outstanding season and can't wait for season 5. Just hope the Duffer brothers don't try and rush it and ruin it. Hope they take their time and give us a final amazing season.

I just feel like I need to comment on the absolute genius that starts at 3:00. Like that made me genuinely start crying. I didn’t notice it my first time listening, but the second time, I genuinely had to stop doing what I was doing. I re-listened to the subtle violin progression in the background from the 3rd minute on probably about a million times now, and I don’t leave UA-cam comments. But that? That was the most beautiful thing I’ve heard and I have cried for about an hour about it. Please never take this down, I don’t know what I would do without it.

this song hits... while she wasn't bloody like Eddie i found my sister dead. she went due to a seizure or stroke. I had seen her hours before, had dinner with her. so this scene always gets me as i saw the dead eyes in my sis....its a visual i will never forget...something I wish I could change, but i know she isn't hurting anymore

I dunno if this is an unpopular opinion or not but max should have stayed dead because it would have had more of an impact, we cried for her death just to be brought back... I feel like it complicates it unnecessarily, I think killing her off completly would've had such a huge impact. It was still an amazing and heartbreaking scene tho

This songs shows how rubbish the music industry is. You think how many people have no idea who Moby is, or just know him from Eminem making fun of him. Moby can write dance tracks, rock songs and masterpieces like this. Yet no one knows him - or very few do. Yet Eminem with his very limited writing ability makes the millions and the headlines. Such a great piece of music to a sad scene in ST4.

I'll say it, season3 was better overall than season 4, season 4 did have phenomenal scenes, like hopper vs demegorgon etc, and phenomenal sad scenes like eddies death, amazing scenes but overall season 3 was better but yh season 4 did have amazing scenes like this and this scene was so sad man😭
