Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had at WDW in 25 years! Went in with a reservation and was accused of sneaking in. They finally found my reservation and they were like oops. No apology, no nothing. After I called them on it they LIED and accused me of being abusive to the staff! Tried to order a 2nd drink and was refused service! You’d get better treatment at the cantina on Tatooine!
I'm sorry to hear that. I will say I thought my experience was really fun. They need to have some of the servers dressed in alien costumes, and maybe robot servers 🙄
PS they gave me a free drink after Darth Vader knocked mine over!
