There's no such thing as true passive income. If he runs his construction business while it sells ice and water all day, I don't think he'll mind changing some filters. We just got our first machine and its going live in the spring and I run a landscape business so if it makes money while I'm mowing, I'll take it all day long even if I have to replace filters and clean the machine.
