mmmhh, not they typical use for such pedal (overdive pot up on a... clean channel?) it would be nice to compare them in some typical configuration, such as boosting up a lead channel, or rounding a crunch or clean channel (overdrive at minimum, max volume) ... typically keeley sounds more flat on the highs and more rounded on the bass, interesting to see that with a clean channel and very high overdrive like that, it seems the other way round :)
Tone Control Dude I used headphones and they sound the same . I think this guy is playing with us. I’ve seen other videos and the Keeley sounds really different
@@dandyism7288 I tried listening with my Bose noise cancelling headphones and through my M-audio(cheapy) monitors and they sound exactly the same. This is strange because I have a 90's reissue tube screamer and a 90's reissue with the Keely 808 mod and they do not sound the same.
How are we supposed to know which one is the mod??
number 12 is the modded one, blue led is a give away

Listening off a Macbook Pro and there does not appear to be much of a difference between them. Maybe better noticed using headphones.

@@allanrobichaud1972 It's only the bass as far as I can tell. More on the Keeley.
