That judge is grossly incompetent.
Right... but the cops who dont actually study laws... protect people (uvalde)... or are fat... are not the issue... especially when its government funded... plus i thought adults can make their own decisions... why do we keep having other adults telling other adults what to do in the first place... its fucking astounding that life is like a high school drama movie with a teacher or principal around every corner... This sheriff rocks! He hit the nail on the head. If this dirtbag would be behind bars , where he should have been. This wouldn’t have happened
Start naming the district attorneys and judges who let him go back on the streets.
I believe the judges name is Cara D. Hutson who is on the San Bernardino County Superior Court
Don’t cry about white privilege now. She did what all other judges do to white defendants. She let him walk. Go sit in any random courtroom any day of the week and you’ll see it happen all the time. The whites get the sweet deals and get to walk or get reinstated and let go completely.
It was a black judge. One of those BLM supporters who thinks criminals should be let loose
BLACK VOICE NEWS - Hutson, 41, of Rancho Cucamonga, has served as a deputy district attorney for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office since 1994. Hutson earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She fills one of the new positions created by Senate Bill 56. Hutson is a Democrat.
Great job California voters! You voted these judges and DAs that are soft on criminals. Great job Sheriff! Call these awful judges out! You need more Sheriffs like him in California.
Shut up, Outsider. You obviously need to learn about how judges are elected in California. There's very little information available to the voting public, and most judges throughout California come from DAs ranks.

Well…..that’s not what happened. To be appointed a judge you need to be an accredited lawyer and have an understanding of the law and either be appointed or elected.
Aside from that you can’t just deem something a crime, there needs to be a precedent in violation of an existing statute. Judges don’t just make random judgments, they process criminal charges and prosecutorial evidence.
That man committed several crimes, he’s broken the law and has shown to be inclined to violate the law again. That’s why he should’ve been incarcerated, he’s a career felon.
@henry you have no right to rule over another man.
@henry and in case you don’t understand- I mean you have no right to impose a property tax over a free people to pay your salary against their will.
How can citizens hold judges accountable? Is there any oversight group that can look into this? How many poor judgment calls does a judge get before she or he is fired? How can they be fired or at least demoted? Something MUST change.
I respect this man so much and am glad he is our Sheriff. Voting for him was a good descision, he is definitely the voice of most people in our county. There were a lot of judge elections on the last ballot, and I researched every one before making my choice, but sadly many weak ones were still elected.
We need to treat these criminals like the thugs they are instead of allowing the thugs to take advantage of a weak system then victimize more innocent victims.

No one should be a "career criminal"....bring back 3 strikes of ANY crimes misdemeanor or felony. If they don't learn by the 3rd strike they go away for the rest of their lives and work behind bars until they pass away. No more future victims. We deserve to live in peace.
Why three strikes ? It should be life without parole for any violent crime.
We shouldn't base laws off colloquialisms because it sounds catchy. Life is not baseball. The 3 strikes law is the lazy man's answer to sentencing. Each and every case is different and should be treated as such.
@@FC-qe1wl Because not all court cases outcomes are correct there are appeals. There are technical errors that can eliminate critical evidence. 3 strikes demonstrates a pattern. That is what 3 strikes is all about. Is it an unfortunate outcome or is the person really deserving of the conviction a repeat offender?
@@temporarilyimmortal795 This isn't about being trendy. This is about separating mistakes from bad intent. 3 Strikes is solid lawmaking same as broken windows. It's about catching and turning around on a bad path or putting away an incorrigible. They have 3 chances to never do any crime again. After that, it's on them to live with the consequences.
We don't even have 3 strikes as it is. They strike strikes all the time. People have four, five, six plus felony convictions. They strike the strikes, so it doesn't count toward the 3 strikes rule. Happens ALL the time, every day.

We agree. We have had two experiences with justice system. In one, a person who caused 3 severe accidents because of DUI was released with her promise that she would no longer drink and drive. The second was a young man who broke into our house in a burglary and attacked our son who was asleep at the time. This man was placed in a halfway house in Pacific Grove, CA for 90 days and moved to be closer to his family before that 90 days was up. They should pay for monitoring, probation, court costs, but not be put in jail to be supported by the public. This would make space for violent criminals that should not be allowed near society.
